If not for the restaurant, we would return without a second thought. If we were to, given the high standard of the other facilities, we would not even contemplate breakfast given a poor half-board experience.

Restaurant - Much to be desired. Slow turnover of tables, causing large delays. The hotel specific app indicates a booking system, but was told when arriving at the selected time that it was a throwback from Covid and that we needed to wait. Time given was inaccurate, and though captain had done his best to relay our disappointment, the head waiter dismissed us by speaking to the captain in Spanish (me da igual) which was not appreciated due to the tone, words used or the choice to say in Spanish when addressing customers in English.

This was our first visit to Benidorm
The location of the hotel was perfect with great Sea Views and just a stones throw from the Old Town Bars, Shops and Restaurants ...
The walk into the strip was about 30mins for us but you could have easily taken a Taxi if needed and coming back we needed it too much to drink in the Strip Lol ...
I would definitely stay here again ...
