We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in a triple room. The first morning the room became uninhabitable with horrendous sewage smell. After series of messages and phone calls, they said it was an air conditioner problem and sent a maintenance person up who cleaned the filter up on the ceiling with bleach. It made me wonder why they didn’t clean it routinely to prevent such problem. But then I realized the ENTIRE hotel smelled like sewage throughout my stay. They masked their lobby with fragrance sprays but the smell was still quite strong, and became stronger in the elevator and the hallway on the upper floor where we stayed. The room still smelled like sewage after cleaning. If you are concerned about air quality, be very mindful about this problem at this hotel. The room was clean but with such horrendous sewage smell, everything just felt unsanitary to me. The bathroom was dated but clean. The room description said there was a bidet but the room we stayed in didn’t have either a bidet or a hose by the toilet. The room came with one packet of tissue which included two pieces, no automatic daily resupply. Room size was decent and there was A/C (switch to the sun symbol on the thermostat for A/C, the snow symbol is for heat - took us a day and half to figure that out) The location was great - easy to get taxi, nearby awesome gelato shop, Aldi, local restaurants. Staff was okay. All in all, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the disgusting sewage smell.

Spacious room, clean, helpful staff. Nice big bathroom but the shower control works in a strange way. Flooring shows signs of wear and tear. Coveneniet location, plenty of restaurants, supermarket. Close to tour excursions meeting point.

Room was clean and tidy

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel America. Situated within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions and also just a 10 minute walk to the shuttle bus stop. The queen size bed was very comfortable with good, soft pillows. We were on the sixth floor and this does help to minimise any noise in the street below. Breakfast was excellent. A good choice of fry ups, rolls etc catering for all nationalities. The breakfast area is large with ample seating. Would wholly recommend.

Lovely hotel and staff. Only wish there was a bar and somewhere we could have sat and had a coffee

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία είναι καθαρό τα πάντα είναι κοντά έχει ευρύχωρα δωμάτια το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό έχει ωραία μεγάλα μπάνια γενικά έχει πάρα πολύ καλές παροχές το πρωινό του ήτανε λίγο φτωχό σε σχέση με το υπόλοιπο με τις παροχές του υπολοίπου ξενοδοχείου γενικά ο προορισμός Σεβίλλη με εξέπληξε και συστήνω να επισκεφτεί κάποιος αυτή την όμορφη πόλη

Zimmer sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel in der Dusche, Macken im Boden, hier und da die Farbe abgeplatzt Positiv: grosse Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit und zwei Liegen

Struttura eccellente situata in una posizione invidiabile, a pochi passi da Las Setas e comodissima per esplorare il centro città. Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia del personale e l'impeccabile pulizia degli ambienti. La colazione è di buona qualità, anche se la varietà potrebbe essere migliorata. Unico appunto, l'ingresso presenta una scalinata piuttosto scomoda se avete dei passeggini o difficoltà motorie. Il prezzo, leggermente superiore alle aspettative, ma nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza.

Quarto e banheiro bons, porém embora os moveis fossem novos, o quarto cheirava mofo. Chuveiro bom e quente. Cafe da manha gostoso. Em horario de pico, cafe da manha um pouco desorganizado. Localizacao boa. Ficaria novamente.

Excellent location. On border of old town and short walk to main tourist attractions, shops, bars, etc No on street parking, but underground paid parking available only meters away..... Charges about 20 euros per day.

Quarto excelente, tamanho ótimo, cama imensa e muito confortável! Fiquei num quarto com uma sacada bem grande, com espreguiçadeiras e ducha. Café da manhã pode melhorar mais. Localização boa.

Zeer mooie kamer met supergroot terras. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Airconditioning was een meerwaarde. IJskast koelde onvoldoende, enig minpuntje.

La habitación y el baño de la misa, muy limpios y espaciosos, la cama muy cómoda y el personal fue súper amable y atento.

Super helpful staff at Hotel America. Super location for Casco Antiguo, 10 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar.

Great area to venture to the different sites from. Good rooms and a good breakfast.
