This hotel was so nice , very clean, staff were respectful and accommodating . The rooms and beds were luxurious and so comfortable . It was also nice to have a room with a window that opened. The room service was great , food was well cooked and tasty . Breakfast was nice . Overall a really shiny gem of a hotel in central Seville.Highly recommend.

Both the room and bathroom were quite large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good, with everything you could want. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is a very nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. The location is right in the center, close to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes walk to Metropol Parasol. The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine except for limited choice of vegetables. The problem we had is very warm room, and when asked, hotel staff told us AC is not working in the entire hotel and advised we open the window to get cool air in. But it’s a bit noisy with open windows, of course. Otherwise, all is good and we would recommend it highly.

The good things were - Good location. Reception and the room which had a lovely view from the top floor and was clean, quiet and comfortable with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The downside was the breakfast where the fried eggs were cold as was the baked beans -did not try the bacon so cannot comment
