Great hotel in a super convenient part of town. Is close to the FGC trains and the metro. Quick access to both Gràcia and L’Eixample! Room was spacious and clean. I have no complaints, would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located near the centre of everything in Barcelona or near transit. The staff was friendly, professional, polite and very helpful every time we had questions.
We had a triple room (3 twin beds) with limited space for luggage. The washroom was clean, well kept and included toiletries. Very happy with my stay.
The only issue was the AC, wouldn’t cool beyond 20C so on very hot days it felt insufficient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience.
Upon entering my room on the third day, I found a massive cockroach in the toilet.
Additionally, the hotel did not offer any umbrellas for guests to borrow or rent in the lobby, something I would expect from a proper hotel.
Overall, although the stay was decent, the lack of cleanliness and basic guest amenities made my stay quite unpleasant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

We got 2 rooms, one with the street view which was good but the 2nd room was in the back of the building and with NO view at all. We could not even open the window.
