Bathroom: shower temperature control system was difficult to manage, toilet was difficult to water

Das ist das erste Hotel, das uns bei der Ankunft um 12:00 Uhr mitteilt, dass das Zimmer bereits fertig ist, für einen Check-in lediglich zwei Stunden früher jedoch zusätzliche 10 € verlangt. Außerdem wurde uns empfohlen, erst ab 09:30 Uhr zum Frühstück zu kommen, da es dann angeblich weniger stark besucht sei. Diese Empfehlung wird sogar durch einen Aufsteller mit einer „Ampel“ im Frühstücksbereich unterstützt. Gesagt, getan: Trotzdem mussten wir 10–15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Als wir schließlich Platz nehmen konnten, mussten wir feststellen, dass bereits eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit etwa die Hälfte des Buffets leer war und nicht mehr nachgefüllt wurde. Rückblickend sind wir froh, kein Frühstück gebucht und es nur einmal getestet zu haben. Für 15 € pro Person erhält man in der Umgebung deutlich bessere Alternativen mit einem wesentlich besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück können wir daher definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Good location for families with kids.

I wouldn't pay more than 150 bucks a night here. The hotel is clearly lacking maintenance in the rooms. The walls were dirty and the bathtub was clogged when we arrived. The staff was terrible. It took them 2 hours to get to my room an iron and my bathtub unclogged. Honestly this is a skip. This and a sad experience because other ilunions we had stayed elsewhere were good.

Great location. Next to a mall and within walking distance to many touristic places. No pool, so if you’re traveling with kids be sure to keep that in mind. Other than that, the staff was lovely, and the hotel was clean.

The kettle didn’t work and there was no iron/steamer. If I wanted to iron my clothes I had to pay someone to do it work me and wait a whole day for it. First hotel that I’ve visited with such thing.

Ho chiamato il giorno prima per disdire la camera, dato che mia figlia era malata e non potevo viaggiare. Mi ha risposto una ragazza dicendomi che era tutto apposto e che mi avrebbero rimborsato. 2gg dopo mi chiama la reception e mi chiede perché non eravamo andati, gli spiego tutto, mi dice ho bisogno del certificato. ¡Buenas noches! Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una pésima recepción en el restaurante del noveno piso esta noche. La recepción del hotel nos aconsejó subir para ver la vista del restaurante y cenar. A las 21:00hs lo hicimos, salimos de nuestro apartamento hacia el restaurante. Cuando llegamos allí, la empleada del lugar, una señora alta y rubia, preguntó qué queríamos y respondimos: mirar la vista, el restaurante y si nos gusta, cenar. Ella fue dura y nos dijo que sí con las manos. Circulamos y preguntamos dónde estaba la terraza que la recepción recomendó. Ella fue estúpida y nos dijo que nos calláramos porque "había gente cenando" (solo había 1 mesa ocupada en el restaurante). Dije que éramos invitados y no extraños y que estábamos molestando. Ella dijo que sí. Pregunté dónde estaba la terraza y ella solo señaló con la mano con muy mal humor... nos alojamos en ILUNION en Málaga y no hay comparación con el excelente servicio del equipo de allí con lo que hizo esta señora, la peor grosería en nuestros 20 días viajando por España. Seguramente este comentario irá a las evaluaciones sobre este hotel. Soy empresario y mi esposa PHD en medicina, viajamos a varios lugares del mundo y este servicio hiere la acogida y el cariño que los españoles tienen por nosotros los brasileños.

Habitación limpia, muy buen trato del personal, excelente ubicación.

Shared large parking area with shopping mall, follow “hotel guest” to park. Remember your plate number and pay parking at hotel lobby.

The hotel is located within a shopping mall the parking is shared with the mall but a discount is applied to the parking fee if you’re staying at the hotel. If you’re looking to see places like the aquarium and shop around in the mall this is the one for you.
