Very good place for a vacation in Barcelona

Nice area, away from mass tourism, hotel clean and spacey. Unfortunately, the pool was under renovation, but will most likely be great going forward

The room was spotless. Staff was very warm and welcoming! Loved it!

Overall, the experience was below what we would expect from a four-star hotel. The check-in process was disorganized and slow. We arrived as two couples and were initially told there were no rooms on the same floor. We were first assigned an accessible room on the second floor that was not very appealing. After requesting a change, a room on the fourth floor suddenly became available, which felt inconsistent — especially since another group of friends arriving later was immediately given a room on that same floor. We were also not properly informed in advance that the hotel was under renovation. This was only communicated by Expedia about 30 minutes before arrival, which should have been disclosed much earlier. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very spacious, but outdated and not at the level expected of a four-star hotel. Additionally, both the shower and sink drains were clogged, and the body soap dispenser was empty on the first night (it was refilled the next day). At check-out, despite being told the check-out time was 12:00 pm, our key card was deactivated at 11:20 am, forcing us to ask housekeeping to open the door. Reception explained this was done automatically by the system, without any prior notice. While the rooms were large and clean, the lack of communication and operational issues significantly affected the overall experience.

Buon hotel, camere semplici e pulite, buona colazione e buon servizio del personale

Abbiamo alloggiato tre giorni in questo albergo e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e la camera era grande, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. La zona è tranquilla ed è collegata abbastanza bene.

It was good stay. Nothing spectacular, rooms old, the lobby is renovated, kind and polite team. Location was also convenient with the hop on hop off lines

La chambre était correcte, propre et fonctionnelle. Un bon coup de neuf est a prévoir dans les salles de bain. Le personnel du Petit déjeuner était tres agréable.

Everything was excellent, the staff , the room, the food, nice and clean hotel, Around the hotel lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery. Relax and quiet hotel. I will go back again.
