Breakfast was really good. Staff made sure there was plenty of food and they looked after my Coeliac daughter very well which made her stay special and she felt safe to eat from the buffet

Excellent location, friendly staff. It is a 2 Star so you get what you pay for but very clean and practical. Breakfast room is in basement with no windows but we had breakfast out most days. Roof terrace was under refurbishment.

the location is good, room is clean, staff are helpful. However, I lived in room 105, the noise was really terrible, idk is it a structure problem, you can hear people open and close the door, talk, that's the worst part, otherwise it's perfect.

In a quiet central location, the only problems we had was they put us in a room (207) right next to the elevator which for the first night we had barely any sleep for the first few hours with people coming and going at late hours. Also, a horrible screeching noise not sure if it was from the elevator as well. When we complained the next morning they moved us to another room which was much better. There was nothing offered to make it up to us, but we didn't ask either. We were heading out and they said to pack our stuff and they would move it for us, not sure what happened but something was missing. The day we left some other couple was also complaining about the elevator noise, so obviously they know about it, either they can't repair because that's the way it is or it's not being serviced regularly. We paid for the breakfast for one morning and it was very good.

Centally located, though in pedestrian-only section. So if have a car, call ahead to learn where the garage is. Room a bjt cramped with two full sized suitcases, but definitely manageable for a night.

Beautiful hotel with lots of antiques for decoration. The room was small, but very nice, had a beautiful carved wood ceiling, we were told the only one in the hotel. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. right in the middle of the old town so walkable to everything.

Os funcionários são muito competentes. A profissional Esther me ajudou muito explicando como me deslocar ela cidade, sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel fica em um local excelente, do lado da catedral, do Alcazar e próximo à Praça de Espanha. O único inconveniente para mim foi a cama (de solteiro) muito pequena e o colchão era tipo box (uma parte em cima da outra) e qualquer esbarrão saia do lugar, esse seria um ponto a melhorar.

Location is perfect, but hotel and rooms are bit outdated and would like an overhaul. The staff is super friendly and very helpfull 🙂

Very friendly staff and centrally located sites with 10-15 minutes walking distance to many of them. I stayed on the third floor next to the elevator that made a noticeable noise every time the elevator door swung open or close.

Hotel tres propre, personnel sympa et disponible. Chambre toujours nickel, 2 bouteilles d eau réapprovisionnées chaque jour dans le mini frigo, Rooftop vue cathédrale. Aucune bruit de notre chambre (ni de ascenseur ni du resto du dessous) donnant sur minuscule cours (chambre 408). Petit dej non pris sur place donc pas d avis. Restaurant très sympa et très bon juste en face. Possibilité conciergerie valises quand on rend les clés. hôtel en plein quartier Santa Cruz à 2 pas de la cathédrale et de l alcazar. Tout se fait à pied très facilement. Idéalement placé. Nous recommandons et reviendrons !

A wonderful hotel in the center of town. Knowledgeable staff and a historic building that creates a welcoming atmosphere.

L desayuno excelente, muy completo.

The staff were brilliant particularly one day when we were both ill thanks to a dodgy paella somewhere. We were room bound and then water was coming through the ceiling in our bathroom. They resolved that very quickly and not only that provided us free bottles of water as we were ill. The hotel itself is in the old city area, found along a very narrow street. The decor was very historic, a lovely breakfast buffet both hot and cold. I'd definitely stay here again thanks to the thoughtful staff.

Location was perfect, rooftop view beautiful, room very clean. Room smelled of paint, shower leaked, walls + room door very thin with staff very loud in hallway, rooftop bar not open, lack luster breakfast in basement.

Wow! This hotel is amazing. The location is so beautiful. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The only thing is our air conditioner wasn’t working right so we had to have the patio door open and it was very noisy. Also, the bed is hard. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in Seville’s old town. Friendly staff and a comfy bed in a compact room. However, there is noticeable noise at night from HVAC units on the roof next to the room (we were on an upper floor). The room does offer nice views of La Giralda.
