Aida was excellent helping us make Alternate transportation connections due to Storm Leonardo. Got us into our room early and we throughly enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet

Everything was great. The staff, breakfast. The location is outstanding for exploring the historic neighbourhoods around the cathedral and Alcázar. We loved being able to find so many places to see and eat so close. It made a stormy winter visit very enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, but very noisy. Facial towels, tissue, conditioner, and coffee was not provided. We paid to include breakfast, but didn’t feel it was worth the price. The Internet didn’t work half the time.
