It is hard to believe there are No duvet or blanket when we enter the room, so end up I need to make the bed by myself.

El personal muy amable

Chexkin super rápido, bom atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, quarto grande e nota 11 para o Box, único ruim era o ar condicionado que eles não ligavam para economia de energia. Dica para quem vai de carro (faça reserva no Park Lá Latina pelo Google Maps) e economize muitos Euros. O hotel fica fácil acesso a metrô e perto dos pontos turísticos a pé.

Frukosten var utmärkt och sköttes fint av personalen. Även när det var väldigt mycket folk flöt allt på bra. Den färkpressade apelinjuicen var fantastisk!

Wifi fast. Front desk staff excellent. Breakfast buffet really good. Cleaning staff had to mention too many times how many guests we were in order to get 3 things of everything instead of 2.

The staff at Hotel Porcel Ganivet are what make this a great place to stay. They are so friendly, kind, and efficient - great service at all times. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was very good - many options for all guests.

Quarto limpo, EXCELENTE café da manhã, funcionários educados

Cuando ingresamos en la habitación el frasco de gel de ducha y gel de manosnestaba vacío. La climatizacion no funcionaba porque era centralizada y la tenian apagada porque " hacia frío fuera" pero dentro de la habitación hacía un calor horrible. La solucion que nosmdieron fué " dormir con la ventana abierta". Luego en la noche mandamosninas medicinas con para que las dejaran en la recepcion a nuestro nombre y nosotros recogerlas a la mañana siguiente antes de abordar nuestro taXi para ir al aeropuerto . Cuando preguntamos por las medicinas nadie sabía nada y nos decian y juraban que no les habian entregado nada . Tuvimos que pedir el taxi sin tener las medicinas porque perderíamos el vuelo....luego llegando al aeropuerto ya en el taxi nos llaman del hotel para decirnos que encontraron las medicinas que unos momentos antes "juraban quenno tenían". Un desastre total, mala gestion de la recepción, horrible. En el desayuno las frutas no estaban frescas.

The air conditioning was a BIG problem. They have central AC and at the time of my stay it was set too warm for my taste. I wanted cold AC and it was not a possibility. So I has sweaty night. BIG FAIL

Breakfast options pretty good, everything you could ask for. Don’t like that the swimming pool is seasonal. Was hoping for a swim. And the AC was terrible in our room. A nightmare to work out how to control and it would shut off after a few hours for environmental reasons

Gostei muito do quarto, tudo novo, bem limpo, cama boa, lencois e toalhas de banho novas e o chuveiro muito bom. No geral gostei de tudo

Todo estuvo bueno y la atención de la recepción magnífica

Tout était parfait, excepté le système d'eau et froide qui fonctionnait mal, en particulier, au niveau de la douche dont le système de fixation était défaillant.
