The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Javier, Artura, and the two other ladies were especially warm, friendly, and welcoming.
Our room was spacious and comfortable for three people, with a pleasant street view. Although the furniture was somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with a bathtub, which was a real plus.

地理位置非常非常好，走路去各个景点最长也就20分钟。没有坐任何车。去购物街或者搭地铁去机场也非常方便。服务人员服务很好，特别谢谢前台的“光头先生”sorry，忘记问名字了。顶楼的房间还有露台，可惜我住的几晚都天气不好下雨。还能在露台上坐坐本来。

the room is decent size, everything inside the room is great including the internet connection. This hotel has a superb location, metro is only a few steps away and the central area is a 2 min walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great stat overall.

酒店的位置很好，可以从机场坐大巴，然后步行走十分钟就能到啦。酒店旁边就是太阳门广场，还有观光巴士，总之，交通很方便，购物也是。酒店房间也挺大，卫生间也是。只不过早餐的质量实在是一般，没什么吃的，肉的质量也太一般。其他都没的说，就是早餐不尽如人意

I had problem with my card key that i had to go down 5 times to change my card till they fixed it not sure what was the problem but thankfully got fixed a day before i fly back home the staff in front desk were very nice 10/10
