Amazing stay, peefect family holiday

Très bien, super Hotel face à la mer.

Positives: Location (sea views, close to beach & a handful of restaurants and shops), Kids Pools (sizeable, good depth), Room (size - albeit it we were in "prestige" so cant comment on standard, nice balcony). Negatives: Service (not enough staff, staff that are there work extremely long hours and appear exhausted, reception staff are a mixed bag - some helpful, some extremely rude and beyond unhelpful), Food (2 out of 10, very limited option), Food Signage (no signs and chefs frequently couldnt tell you what the meat was!!!, very dangerous for allergies etc), Drinks (small cups, big queues, terrible cocktails, beer and wine out of vending machines apart from table service at lunch/dinner), Sunbeds (not enough, people reserve them and hotel does nothing to stop this), Restaurant Availability (they also add a surcharge to non-buffet restaurants!!!), Value For Money (have had much better holiday value for the cost). Recommendation: Not value for money. Wouldn't return. Wouldn't recommend.

Great room and pools. Terrible food

Great location, very well looked after resort and a good selection at the buffet which kept everyone happy for our 10 days there. Would definitely recommend. Only down side was the themed restaurants where service was slow and food wasn’t great. Stick to the main buffet!

Vaya decepción nos llevamos, un 5 estrellas que máximo llega a 3. Terrible la comida, para nada lo que uno espera en un hotel con precios de 5 estrellas, agua del grifo en los bares, platos siempre sucios, instalaciones anticuadas, servicio de housekeeping que aparece a las 15:40 en una habitación donde hay 2 bebés, que evidentemente están haciendo la siesta, y ya ni vuelve. No volveremos.

Las suites familiares son excelentes! El personal muy amable. La comida muy mala y poco variada

Posto molto bello ben curato , ristorante mediamente buono.

Les points positifs: le personnel est toujours serviable et souriant. Le buffet est ce que l'on attend pour un hôtel l'été en all inclusive, les boissons sont des vraies marques servies dans des bouteille en verre, par contre le vin ne surtout pas y toucher. Les piscines sont grandes, le club est situé proche de la plage. La taille des chambres est très bien et propre. C'est un complexe familial donc il n'y a pas trop de bruit le soir. Les alcools ne sont pas sous marques et grande dedicace au spécialiste des cocktails à base de gin, merveilleux. Les points négatifs : l'accueil, notre chambre n'était pas prête et aucune info des personnes, ils étaient débordés avec pas grand chose.Pour la litterie des chambres, j'ai eu mal au dos tous les jours, la propreté des sanitaires communs. Pour notre chambre nous avons été obligés de passer à l'accueil pour avoir du papier toilette et pour faire notre chambre. Les restos à thème ont aucun intérêt pourquoi faire un resto italien dégueulasse alors que tu peux faire un resto avec des produits locaux et typique de Minorque....je ne vous parle même pas celui proche de la piscine.... Il faut absolument mettre des regles pour les transats de la piscine, les mecs posent leurs serviettes et reviennent 2h apres donc plus aucune place a 10h du matin. En résumé un club plein de charme avec du personnel charmant, mais à privilégier plutôt juin, début juillet ou septembre mais pas en pleine saison car il m'a que du personnel.

La struttura ha camere pulite e belle piscine. Tuttavia la ristorazione è poca varia, di media qualità. I due ristoranti non a buffet sono difficili da prenotare e la loro qualità non è all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Servizi deludenti con orari poco consoni ad una vita da villaggio.

Instalaciones y lugar top pero enfocado a familias inglesas de clase media-baja que buscan estar todo el dia en la piscina y el restaurante bebiendo y comiendo... La comida bastante regular y TODAS las actividades en inglés. No creo que sea un 5 estrellas aq tenga instalaciones y ubicacion para serlo, mas bien un 4 estrellas justito. Los horarios de restaurante son dificiles de seguir por un español, comida de 12,30 a 14 y cenas de 18,30 a 21h

Restauration médiocre, les buffets remplis de surgelés le restaurant italien impossible de réserver toujours plein.

Bel établissement, logement spacieux, la literie manque de fraîcheur, les oreillers très plats pas confortables, les draps sentait un peu l'humidité. Le service et la restauration sont bien mais on n'a pas accès à l'eau potable directement (distributeur de soda mais pas d'eau) il faut toujours demander au bars.

The best way I can describe this place is a Spanish Butlins. If that’s your thing then I think you’d be happy here. Children will like it as did ours, however the tedious buffet with the all inclusive deal was very tiring very quickly. Every time you went for a meal it was like going to a massive canteen. There are some restaurants on sight but you’re only allowed to book each one once… if you can find the availability, they are underwhelming and you’d be better of popping into the little town next to the complex and visiting the local restaurants a couple of them were very nice, in particular Aire is well worth a visit or two. The staff were generally friendly, but was never obvious who was in charge and everything was very chaotic, we once asked for a manger and the reply was “oh they are off today and very busy”, “Ok so who is in charge?” “Er er er”, was the response. The rooms were very tired and in need of modernising, things like ants all over the place, old outdated decor and shower door that lets all the water run all over the floor, to name a few annoying points, but there were others. One positive was the Kids Club staff were very good and friendly, unfortunately my kids didn’t ever want to go, which I can’t blame the hotel for! Overall, I thought the cost of the stay was eye watering given how average this place, is it is NEVER 5* in a million years, and I think that is really misleading. I wouldn’t go there again.
