The room is good, staff is friendly and helpful and the rate is reasonable. I will definitely stay here again.

無冷氣，地方舊，我們早上6:40要離開趕飛機，買了早餐也不讓吃，職員太不靈活，圖片後期製作誇張，其實是非常舊，千萬不要住。吃早餐的餐廳有老鼠，14歐/人的早餐卻只有五六款選擇

Cozy and convenient

地點非常方便,房間乾淨企理又夠大,清潔房間和前台服務員有禮又親切。價錢超值。可走路去西班牙廣場和魔幻噴泉,到地鐵只要5分鐘,打的到機場才27歐元。

中規中矩的飯店，房間大小適中，在新區，周遭有一些餐廳，很晚也可以吃飯，地點很方便，離西班牙廣場、火車站 很近，15分鐘走到觀光區，搭機場巴士站很近，服務人員很熱心。

Large room, but can't open the window. Feel a bit hot in the room. Close to metro station.

Just 1 or 2 minutes from Rockeford metro station; walking distance to espanya square; lots of food nearby. There is free wifi but you can access to internet only at the lobby area. Service is fair depending on which staff is serving you. Some are very polite and nice but some appear to be reluctant to talk to you. The payment system in the restaurant may need to be revised. I was charged with 2 breakfasts upon my check-out but I never went there. Later I learnt that the customer just had to tell the room number to the waiter and the bill would be there upon check-out. I believe that the majority of customers were honest but there could still be error when listening! Anyway, I insisted and did not pay though it took us 30 minutes for the check-out!

Ich habe kürzlich im Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via übernachtet und war insgesamt eher enttäuscht, vor allem in Anbetracht des hohen Preises und der zusätzlich recht hohen Touristensteuer in Barcelona. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Betten, die wirklich bequem waren, sowie das Badezimmer, das sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Auch das Personal war freundlich und bemüht und die Lage ist gut, nahe am ÖPNV. Leider überwiegen für mich dennoch die negativen Punkte: Das Zimmer war sehr laut, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Im 6. Stock hat es zudem unangenehm gestunken, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch müsste renoviert werden. Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen: Die Milch war lauwarm, nicht kalt, und warme Speisen wie Kartoffeln, gekochte Eier, Rührei und Nuggets waren kalt. Das geschnittene Obst war sehr kalt, fast schon unangenehm zu essen. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht, und ich würde das Hotel daher nur unter Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen.

Quarto amplo. Cama grande e muito confortável. Otima localização. Voltaria e recomendo com certeza
