This hotel was EVERYTHING. The room was clean and comfortable. The air circulation system is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Took a shower and the water vapor was gone in minutes. Didn't even need to air out the room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They allow cats to stay in your room which is SUPER RARE in Valencia. The amenities were amazing too. Rooftop bar was top notch. Rooftop pool was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city. The gym was spotless and has everything you need for a great workout. The hotel is also very well located. Close to everything! The only thing criticism I have is I wish we stayed longer :P. 1000/10. Definitely recommend

Fantastic hotel which I highly recommend. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was really nice and always cleaned daily. The room included a hairdryer and kettle which were not advertised but an added bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, such a great variety of choices, hot food, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread station, cold cuts, pastries, cakes, they have everything. The hotel location was also really ideal and it only takes about 25 minutes to walk into the main town centre, however, there is a Metro station very close by if you would prefer to travel that way. There is also a shopping centre behind the hotel and a convenient supermarket. Also plenty of places to eat behind the hotel plus a restaurant in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Valencia.

The newly refurbished hotel seems to have been rigged for style rather than use. Many black switches on black backgrounds. I discussed this with a duty manager but we agreed little could be done at this stage. The breakfast was plentiful if a little curiously laid out, my opinion of course..

Os quartos são confortáveis e a TV funciona bem, com possibilidade de conectar a conta do YouTube. A localização, porém, não é tão próxima do centro histórico quanto eu esperava — são cerca de 25 minutos de caminhada. Por outro lado, o hotel fica bem perto de um estacionamento, o que é bem prático na Europa. Infelizmente, o que mais me decepcionou foi o atendimento para celíacos. Não há qualquer informação sobre ingredientes alergênicos nos alimentos, nem mesmo o nome dos pratos. Este foi o primeiro hotel da rede Novotel em que fiquei que não oferece pão sem glúten. Como eu e minha filha somos celíacos, isso se tornou um grande problema para nós. Por esse motivo, não recomendo o hotel para pessoas com intolerância ao glúten e não pretendo retornar.
