Trevlig vistelse med god mat, fin pool med rutschkanor och aktiviteter som passade vår 11-åring. Dock aldrig någonsin tidigare blivit så dåligt bemötta vid en incheckning där trots uppvisat pass/bokningbekräftelse både på mail och app och dess kvitto på betald vistelse ansett det ej vara nog. ”Ni bokat via hotels.com och ser vi inte allt så får vi ej betalt…och då ingen bokning”. Lagom kul efter lång resa och förbetald längre vistelse… de fotade av kvittot för att sedan nästa dag kräva att vinster skulle till receptionen då de ej sett tillräckligt. Denna gång på nåder efter jag gråtit godkändes att jag mailade in bokningsmailet, vilket dagen innan sades ej vara nog. Inga problem med hotels.com på 15år och känns som det enbart är hotellet som inte vill samarbeta kring bokningen. Inga problem utöver detta men ingen bra start!

Family friendly hotel with excellent staff

I liked nothing about this hotel, it was not aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were mediocre and not personable. The hotel does not provide the basic amenities and the housekeepers did just the bare minimum, provided clean towels. They did not change my pillow case that was visibly stained, did not sweep/mop the floor nor did they wipe surfaces. Horrible 3 nights.

Todo fenomenal a excepción de las toallas ( muy viejecitas ), q merecen una renovación. . Otra sugerencia poco costosa es poner un colgador en el lateral del sobre del lavabo para poder apoyar las toallas de lavabo. Las tuvimos q apoyar en la barra de minusválidos con cuidado, pero si se hace bruscamente o se apoyan …., . Por último, no había escobilla en el baño.creo q en otras habitaciones tampoco. Pobres señora de limpieza, cuando lo más fácil es q cada uno se limpie lo suyo. No son críticas , sino comentarios con intención constructiva.

Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel. P Si ce n'est pas très clair pour la piscine intérieure il suffit de se rendre au -1 rentrer au beerspa et a gauche. Au comptoir bien montrer le bonnet et la serviette Boyer son nom et la chambre et c'est tout. Les autres jours le personnel vous reconnaît et tout se fait en quelques secondes

Emplacement Top à mi chemin entre Port aventura et le centre ville/plage de Salou L'hôtel est bien même si je confirme qu'il manque un peu insonorisé... et la salle de petit dej est vite rempli et bruyante

Great Hotel, this is our second time here, Reception staff brilliant! Restaurant seemed a bit short of staff and tables not cleared quick and only half reset, we waited a long time for drinks and a long time to pay for the drinks.

Séjour en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 7ans. Excellent séjour pour nous tous, tout est pensé pour les familles. Piscine, repas (qualité correcte pour un buffet à volonté), animations et club enfant. Personnel agréable, toujours un mot gentil et très serviable. Seul point négatif, le ménage de la chambre, seules les serviettes sont changées, le sol n’est pas fait, sur une semaine avec le pollen en cette saison ce n’est pas idéal. Snack très agréable dans l’après-midi autour de la piscine avec musique pour être totalement dans l’esprit vacances. Personnel du snack très sympa, souriant et toujours une petite blague, c’est très agréable! Gros point positif et grand merci à l’équipe d’animation, Angele et son équipe sont formidables avec les enfants et très drôle avec les parents!

Muy buen buffete. La cama bien, comoda. Les doy 3 estrellas porque la limpieza de la habitación fue escasa los últimos días, incluso sin reponer papel higiénico, nos quedaba un dia todavía con medio rollo para 4 personas

Het personeel was erg beleefd en het wten was bij volpensioen goed te noemen.

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. Food was good but could improve no grapes or other fruits. Just Menon and pineapple an apple orange banana and peaches.At dinner the only put on the fish and meat when we arrive in. It should be pre-prepared.

The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay

Stayed here mid August, 2025 with my family; 2 kids, half board. Overall, our experience was good and bad. Good points: Room was modern, big TV. Air con worked great in 35+ degree heat. Nice shower. Reception staff were nice. Room cleaned and bed laid daily - cleaning maids were very nice. Food was good, there was enough variety for us. Bad points: A big let down was the table service at meal times, if you're not there in the first hour, we would end up walking laps around the dining room with a full plate of food looking for an available table because the staff are not refreshing the tables quick enough. Literally 50% of tables were empty but still dirty and the other 50% were occupied, this was over an hour before meal closing time. You'd have to stand next to a dirty table until the staff member saw you, for them to reset the table, or ask them too. There is only one staff member per large area of the dining room and this was not enough. Not only that, when you do get a table in the evening, it takes a long time for a server to come over and take your drinks order - sometimes you have to go up to them and tell them yourself. I also saw others go up to the drinks fridge to get their own bottles because staff did not attend to them. You're not allowed to do this, but staff were not around to see anyone do this. Pool: The hotel has signs up stating "no reserving sunloungers" but the hotel doesn't enforce its own rules. All had towels on before the it opened.

El trato a los clientes deja mucho que desear .Estuvimos 5 dias y los cinco tuve que reclamar para que hicieran tostadas nis tenian en fila vomo becerros y no hacian tostadas.Las camareras no revogian los platos de las mesas solo se preocupaban de montar mesas y los clientes teniamos la mesa llena de platos sucios
