Très satisfait, l’hôtel est très bien situé avec de belles installations, personnels agréable

Muy buen buffete. La cama bien, comoda. Les doy 3 estrellas porque la limpieza de la habitación fue escasa los últimos días, incluso sin reponer papel higiénico, nos quedaba un dia todavía con medio rollo para 4 personas

Het personeel was erg beleefd en het wten was bij volpensioen goed te noemen.

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. Food was good but could improve no grapes or other fruits. Just Menon and pineapple an apple orange banana and peaches.At dinner the only put on the fish and meat when we arrive in. It should be pre-prepared.

It was nice. Family friendly hotel.

The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay

Stayed here mid August, 2025 with my family; 2 kids, half board. Overall, our experience was good and bad. Good points: Room was modern, big TV. Air con worked great in 35+ degree heat. Nice shower. Reception staff were nice. Room cleaned and bed laid daily - cleaning maids were very nice. Food was good, there was enough variety for us. Bad points: A big let down was the table service at meal times, if you're not there in the first hour, we would end up walking laps around the dining room with a full plate of food looking for an available table because the staff are not refreshing the tables quick enough. Literally 50% of tables were empty but still dirty and the other 50% were occupied, this was over an hour before meal closing time. You'd have to stand next to a dirty table until the staff member saw you, for them to reset the table, or ask them too. There is only one staff member per large area of the dining room and this was not enough. Not only that, when you do get a table in the evening, it takes a long time for a server to come over and take your drinks order - sometimes you have to go up to them and tell them yourself. I also saw others go up to the drinks fridge to get their own bottles because staff did not attend to them. You're not allowed to do this, but staff were not around to see anyone do this. Pool: The hotel has signs up stating "no reserving sunloungers" but the hotel doesn't enforce its own rules. All had towels on before the it opened.

El trato a los clientes deja mucho que desear .Estuvimos 5 dias y los cinco tuve que reclamar para que hicieran tostadas nis tenian en fila vomo becerros y no hacian tostadas.Las camareras no revogian los platos de las mesas solo se preocupaban de montar mesas y los clientes teniamos la mesa llena de platos sucios

Grand hotel, piscine assez grande avec une zone à part comprenant 3 toboggans aquatique.les chambres sont spacieuses avec balcon et séchoir a vêtement.proche du centre ville et de la plage (10min à pied).les points négatifs sont nombreux,la propreté laisse à désirer notamment autour de la piscine,les gens pouvant boire et manger ils laissent souvent leurs déchets sous les transats,le nettoyage n etant fait que le soir...les règles pourtant affichées autour de la piscine ne sont pas faites appliquées par les maitres nageurs (bouées,saut,propreté...).le personnel est globalement pas très accueillant ni sympathique.la qualité du pressing des serviettes dans les chambres avec notamment des traces suspectes sur les serviettes propres...le bruit du fait des chambres mal isolées...globalement la plupart des désordres viennent des incivilités mais un meilleur management aiderai à rendre l ambiance générale plus agréable. Coté restauration, vaste choix de plats,mais parcours du combattant pour obtenir une table propre... Nous ne retourneront pas dans cet hôtel, qui ne mérite pas de notre point de vue 4 étoiles. Uniquement a recommander pour ceux qui aiment se lever à 8h du matin pour aller déposer leur serviette sur un transat afin de profiter du petit dejeuner tout en remettant les aliments qu ils ont fait tomber de leur assiette dans le plat oû tout le monde se sert.etre bruyant sera un plus pour vous...

There is a mismatch between checkout time in hotels.com which is noon and at the hotel which is 11:00. The checkout was stressful because of this. Stuff tried to accommodate to make it at 11:30

Ett fint hotell med renoverade rum. Nära till butiker, PortAventura, tåg och centrum. Det enda negativa jag har att säga är att det är tråkigt att alla solstolar är tagna redan kl 08:00 på morgonen, att det ofta är kö till maten och till barerna vilket gör att man drar sig för att köpa läsk eller glass osv. Även tråkigt att mini cluben under högsäsong endast är öppen 2 timmar.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta erityisesti allasalueella. Iso plussa varattujen, mutta käyttämättömien aurinkotuolien tyhjentämisestä. Hyvä ja monipuolinen ruokatarjonta.

Muy agradable la estancia en este hotel. Impresionante el trato de todo el equipo de animación, Pepito, Julio, todos los chic@s que se dedican a amenizar la estancia son de 10, trato cercano, amable, sin duda lo mejor. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, la última vez que estuvimos no estaba reformado y ha dado un cambio enorme.

odeur bizarre, quand on rentre dans la chambre ,odeur de brûler organisation en restaurant pas top,il ferme des salles quant il y a du monde, pas normal

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The service was exceptional throughout – the staff were attentive and always ready to help. I was particularly impressed with the buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room and throughout the entire property, was impeccable. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

Kiva hotelli monilla mukavuuksilla. Allasalue oli oikein viihtyisä ja muutenkin tekemistä riitti etenkin lapsille paljon! Herkullisella aamiaisella oli vaihtoehtoja todella paljon. Ajoittain hieman ruuhkaa aamiaissalissa. Ainoa asia mikä jäi hieman häiritsemään oli olematon äänieristys, minkä vuoksi illan discoilut kuului tosi selkeästi ainakin ykköskerroksen huoneeseen.
