Had a lovely break. Apartments was modern spacious clean and well equipped for all our needs. Reception and resort staff were courteous and friendly. All areas were well maintained and the gardens in beautiful condition. Our apartment was very clean and the towels and bedding were spotless. Pool towels were huge. The pool bar and entertainment bar were reasonably priced for drinks and staff were friendly. The nightly entertainment was good and varied. Definitely we will be returning as certainly suits our needs.

Have stayed at this resort several times now due to friendly and helpful staff. Always spotlessly clean and Elvis the life guard is the most helpful person . I often watch him assisting elderly or infirm people , ensuring everyone is safe whilst be so very friendly .

Had a lovely break. Apartments was modern spacious clean and well equipped for all our needs. Reception and resort staff were courteous and friendly. Piacevolissima sorpresa; c'era davvero ogni comfort:ferro ed asse da stiro, phon, caldobagno, microonde, tostapane, bollitore, pentole e stoviglie, tovagliette e strofinacci, lavatrice e stendino, terrazzo con sdraie e tavolo esterno, TV con canali satellitari, shampoo e bagnoschiuma... Nulla da eccepire! Addirittura, pur essendo un residence, ogni 3 notti puliscono l'appartamento. Perfetto!!! Lo consiglio vivamente!

From check-in to checkout the staff at reception were outstanding and very helpful. The staff at the pool bar (Stacey, Peter) were brilliant and couldn't make you more welcome. The food was also lovely and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.
