The staff were very professional. When our room ran out of electricity suddenly, A technician was sent to our room and resumed electricity. it was so great!

Muy buen hotel, sus instalaciones muy buenas, el personal es muy amable y te ayuda si ocupas algo. Está algo distante del centro, ( aclarando que tienes tiendas, un súper y hasta el estadio del Sevilla a unos pasos, y tienes la estación justo enfrente. Así que cero problema o algún Uber o transporte por app te soluciona todo.

Todo excelente. Lo único es que estaba muy fuerte el aromatizante en la habitación me apoyaron con un tiempo de late check Out el Personal amable increíble todo en este hotel. Es una cadena muy confiable para hospedarse en cualquier lugar de España.

Big and only 3 lifts??? Totally average and breakfast is chaotic. Pool area is so small and gets busy quick

The greatest service by staff that I have experienced in my life. No exaggeration! Amenities exquisitely decorated and highly functional. Price is not for the faint of heart, but this hotel is worth every penny!

Amazing healthy breakfast! Great staff… great location for airport and buses into town which allows you the joy of a pool in a city break!

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, huge amount of choice, omelettes made fresh for you, barista coffee, bacon, sausage, large selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, freshly squeezed fruit juice and more besides. The pool was a delight, and a good size - open 'til 10pm when we were there, you may well have it all to yourself for an evening swim. Some guests had a habit of putting down towels on sun loungers and disappearing for hours, preventing them from being used - but this isn't the hotel's fault. The service was excellent, really accommodating, allowing for early check-in/ late check out subject to availability. The hotel also provided a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband which was really special and much appreciated. It's a 20 minute walk into the centre, which wasn't a problem for us, and well worth it for the hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay and the hotel felt very luxurious. All staff we met were very friendly, and there was a lovely touch of a bottle of cava and a cake waiting for us in the room as we were celebrating special birthdays. The rooms were very comfortable and nice and quiet. Food was delicious. Very easy to get to from the airport and to get into central Seville. Only teensy negative is that it is a large hotel and so by its nature there are more people than available sun loungers. Some people reserved these when the pool opened in the morning and then would disappear until the sun hit the pool area. However, I'm pretty sure this is common to most hotels and we usually found some kind of spot eventually. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was great. Pool was nice but a little small. All the beds were taken very quickly and people would leave their towels on them even if they went for lunch.

Madrid’ den trenle geldiğimiz Sevilla’ da konakladığımız Only You, tren istasyonun dibinde. Oldukça iyi tasarlanmış, her detayın düşünüldüğü, konforlu ve zarif bir otel. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Oda oldukça ferahtı, temizdi, personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Çok memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz.

We didnt have the breakfast this time ; but is amaxing . The pool was too busy to get a sunbed as hotel busy so did not get to use the pool which is a lovely area but not big enough for the size of the hotel .

Everything about the hotel was Excellent.
