El hotel esta bonito, básico pero moderno. Muy buena atención en general, muy serviciales y amables. El personal excelente, nos recibió una Señora muy atenta, Marina creo, y un joven, Ervin creo, muy amable que fueron de gran ayuda al Check In ya que llegamos antes. Al otro día, había otro joven, también muy atento nos ayudó a resguardar el equipaje y después nos pidió un taxi al aeropuerto .El hotel muy limpio. Excelente servicio y atención al cliente. Gran experiencia!

Me fue muy bien. El equipo de la recepción fue increíble, con muy buena disposición. Yo tenía varias maletas grandes y su voluntad fue excelente al momento de dejarlas en custodia.

Walls are really thin (could sometimes hear people's conversations and shower) but wasn't an issue as I didn't hear anything after 11pm and was able to sleep soundly. Area is nice and staff is really kind!
About a 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of restaurants around.

Andrei and Silvia were fantastic. We had a little mix up with our booking (completely my fault) and they sorted it out for us. We chatted with Andrei who was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone!! The breakfast was great. The street was noisy but not the hotels fault. Just bring some ear plugs and you will be fine. They even let me borrow an umbrella which was the biggest umbrella I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

Jag och min barnbarn trivdes väldigt bra på hotellet. Vi bodde i en fint och rent rum,
Vi hade en liten hund som fick sin säng, vattenskål och godis som han tyckte om.
Personalen på hotellet är vänliga, hjälpsamma.
