拉斐尔阿托查酒店

備品不足，設備有點老舊，離鬧區有一段距離，看似在ATOCH 車站旁，但要走進到車站要走10~15分鐘。

房間冇雪櫃

房间很大，超干净，交通方便。从火車站门前有一条小路直接行12分钟左右到酒店，环璄頗清静，适合要赶火車的遊客。

住宿沒有服務可言, 不要打算要求什麼, 反正就是給你類似No, sorry...或類似的回答, 房間相當乾燥, 皮膚乾得像要裂開. 酒店人員都懶得回答任何問題. 距離任何車站都不近, 需時15分鐘步行. 入夜後附近有露宿者及拾荒者

雖在車站附近，但沒有一條較近的路到達酒店，頗不方便。不過，如離開時往機場T4的話，坐火車前往是挺好的。房間潔淨，但上網一般。

飯店就靠在阿托查火車站側邊的街上，出站往左後轉約有十多分鐘的步行距離。馬德里三大藝術展館及商業大街都在這個區域範圍之內，是個便於城市觀光的住宿地點。而往托雷多、巴塞隆納及賽維拉的高速火車也在此站發車，短程、長程移動旅遊也很便利。飯店設施不錯，早餐尤佳。附近也有一些小餐館及迷你超市，用餐及補給都沒問題。在此住宿三晚，相當滿意。

值得選擇的一間酒店

It’s about 10minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and 15minutes walk to Atocha train station. The comfortable room space, pillows and bed made me had a wonderful sleep.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. On the first day after we checked in, we wanted to take a nap after long-haul flight. However, the hotel was under renovation which made huge noises. We made a call to the front desk and asked if the workers could stop the work for a while (so that we could take a one-hour nap) and the staff replied "NO" which was rude and unfriedly. The attitude was poor. I tried to talk to the manager and told her that we would return to Madrid and stay here again next week. If the renovation went on like this, we would consider cancelling this booking. In the end they stopped the renovation and placed a fruit platter in our room that night. Apart from this incident, the overall was okay.

nice hotel with good breakfast, but found that the sound insulation is bad especially in midnight.

This stay was such a disappointment. Amongst a highlight of stays around Spain this stuck out like a sore thumb. The staff were unhelpful and borderline rude. They have no coffee available to guests - literally unheard of. Would never recommend!

A great hotel for families and travelers alike. The staff is warm, attentive, and helpful, making you feel welcome from the start. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with AC, a small fridge, and comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options and tasty pastries. The location is ideal, just about a 7-minute walk from Atocha train station, with plenty of nearby spots to try local food. There is also a taxi stand right at the entrance, which is handy. To top it off, the hotel reached out about an item I had forgotten, a gesture that I appreciated. I will definitely stay here again!

Todo muy limpio, excelente atención del personal de recepción. Tal vez lo único es que el gimnasio necesita un poquito de mejora. Tal vez un par de pesas? El hotel está ubicado a 6-8 minutos caminando de la estación Atocha y hay que cruzar una sola avenida y eso, una sola vez. Excelente ubicación!

Habitación limpia. Pudimos entrar antes y eso fue de agradecer. La atención del personal impecable. Desayuno muy bueno

O café da manhã muito bom. Recepção com espumante no quarto, que achei de muito bom gosto.

El hotel en líneas generales está bien. Cerca de la estación de tren de Atocha y el metro de la línea 1, unos 10’ como máximo. Al igual que está a 10’ del museo Reina Sofía. Por el precio pagado he estado en hoteles mejores de la misma categoría y un poco más asequibles económicamente. El resto bien

Excelente opción en ubicación, atenciones, limpieza y comodidad Lo único malo es su desayuno con costo extra, es muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen y además es muy mala la poca comida que ofrecen
