桑多斯摩纳哥酒店 - 仅供成人入住

Not used this trip (March 2026) but did last August. Outdoor pool and attached whirlpool is not heated, so both were 'refreshing' but still nice. Indoor spa has a fantastic range of hot pools and facilities - but has to be paid for and gets booked up quickly.

Room was spotless and staff were great.

The hotel is always clean. Staff are helpful and food is great

staff were great room was clean but far too hot everyone complaining reception said they were sorry but aircon is set for winter I thought aircon was aircon that you decided what you wanted advised to open door which we did all night long so then lights and noise kept us awake. only 2 lifts working so alaways a long wait especially in the mornings Breakfast times one lift evidently has been out or order since last year

Fint ryddig og rent hotell med perfekt beliggenhet god mat og service vennlige folk ,kan spesielt anbefales folk som ankommer med bil til benidorm for hotellet har grei parkering ljeller

Restaurant , too many dirty plates and dishes

Needs a good decoration programme, public areas good but the corridors were dirty carpets needed a good clean

Location was great! Right in the middle of Old & New towns. Breakfast had good choice - always managed to get something to suit. Room was clean. We were there four nights and kept our do not disturb sign on the entire time. One day around lunch time the maid/housekeeper knocked on the door and immediately entered our room while we were there relaxing. We didn’t have time to get up before she entered. She looked shocked to see us. No apology was given - she left again straightaway. Not sure why she entered but it all felt suspicious to me

Clean room, friendly staff, rooms a bit dated. Good choice of food and drinks selection.

The room advertised on Expedia is not available at the Sandos Monaco, and I have been advised that Expedia have been informed to amend their website. the staff at the hotel were amazing and went out of their way to give us a room upgrade to a suite, however the room we were moved to had building/maintainence work going on on that floor and it was really noisy and the amazing jacuzzi bath the jets didn’t work (disappointed) Food in the hotel was amazing, location is ideal, would definitely stay again if they had a room with separate bedroom

Hotel itself was immaculate and all staff were friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and of good quality. Similarly the bars with good variety of drinks including cocktails. Only criticism was the bedroom. Though very clean with comfortable beds it hardly can be described as "de luxe". No writing materials, only one small bottle of water (which was not replenished), balcony door was extremely stiff (my wife could not open it and I struggled). Expensive "extras" - safe (3 euros a night) parking - 18 euros a night. No tea/coffee making facilities though there was a kettle and provisions could be obtained from the bar.

uitgebreid ontbijt, niet ver van de zee en van de oude stad, voldoende animatie, goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding ... We betaalden bij voor het Select-programma, maar daar had ik meer van verwacht (betere hapjes).

Centraal gelegen, alles op wandelafstand, gezellig hotel, lekker eten

Heel netjes hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Enkel te weinig plaats/ligbedden aan het zwembad.
