nice place, easy shuttle service

El staff fue muy atento para poder ayudarme, yo estaba cansada después de un vuelo muy largo y ellos hicieron que el check-in y estadía fueran sin complicaciones. En oportunidades, agregar una alfombra antideslizante para quienes sientan que lo necesiten en la regadera sería bueno, al menos en el tipo de habitación que me quede, esta fue mi segunda estadía en el hotel y en la primera estuve en otro tipo de habitación y allí no era necesario. En general yo los recomiendo en especial si necesitan estar muy cerca del aeropuerto.

I was breaking a 60 hour journey here but there was no hot water for the entirety of my stay. The staff said this was due to a broken pipe. The hotel gave a £35 discount but it was not enough to make up for not being able to shower.

La connexion internet était rapide et le déjeuner était excellent ainsi que le personnel était courtois

El personal fue amable y la ubicación del hotel es buena, ya que está cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual resulta bastante conveniente. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el servicio fue muy mala. Por la noche pedí servicio a la habitación: ordené dos hamburguesas por un costo de 32 euros, y la carne llegó prácticamente cruda. Lo más molesto es que durante la llamada especifiqué claramente el término en que la quería, por lo que parece que no toman en serio las indicaciones del cliente. Esta situación me dejó una muy mala impresión, especialmente en lo relacionado con el restaurante. Definitivamente fue una experiencia desagradable y, sinceramente, hubiera sido mejor salir a comer a otro lugar.

Clean room

I didnt know they had a shuttle (i didnt ask previously) so I took a taxi to get there. Which they do in fact have. The hotel is in a residential area near the aipport however the taxi driver had no problem finding the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. I was very early to check in but they allowed me to wait in the lobby and charge my phone. I dont know if they had a pool or anything. They do have laundry facilities but its a 24 hour turn around time. My room was very nice with a mini fridge and safe which is located in the closet. I had absolutely no issues with checking in or checking out. Highly recommend However, you will receive 2 keys. One key will have to go inside the little tech thing thats on the wall right next to the door in order to work the lights and hair dryer. I didnt know that until way late at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The early breakfast was very basic. It would have been nice to have some orange juice & fruit. I don’t think the pastry was fresh I wasn’t able to contact the staff for the shuttle when I arrived because I don’t have phone service. It would have been much better if I could have booked the shuttle online.

El hotel está bien, pero tiene un par de cosas que hay que mejorar. En la habitación hace calor, aunque apagues la calefacción, si abres la ventana el ruido de la autovia no te deja dormir. El WC olía mal, deberían cuidar un poco más la limpieza. El desayuno es un poco limitado, pero está aceptable. El transfer hacia el aeropuerto es una ventaja y es cómodo. El personal es muy amable

Hotel excelente! A experiência de hotelaria foi realmente muito boa, com atendimento atencioso e estrutura confortável. Um grande diferencial é o serviço de transfer para o aeroporto, que facilita muito a viagem e traz mais tranquilidade na hora da chegada ou da partida. Com certeza uma ótima escolha!
