This was a great place to stay. We stayed one night as we waited for our flight home. Everything in our room was good. We were able to walk and find restaurants, cafes and bars close by. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

AC was not operational in the rooms yet. With temperatures in the room at 77 F/ 25 C , it was very uncomfortable. When paying close to $200 for a room, I would expect that would be included.

Shuttle schedule FROM Airport hard to find, resulting in a 40 min. wait opposite T2. The AC fan in Room 216 on 8 April appeared to function but actually did nothing to reduce tfe 25C room temp overnight which was too high for comfort: apparently the AC only works in rooms from May onwards so hotel needs to advise that it is not functioning and to open the window. Also the “mattress protector” was plastic backed (causing night sweating) and was stained in any case - it needed a deep clean or replacement, ideally with an all cotton type.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is they need to provide wash cloths for the shower and the air conditioning work properly. It was only blowing air, nothing cool was coming out. The on site restaurant was also good. The location next to the airport was great too.

Great breakfast, large buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and veggies..fresh orange juice, fruit, yougurt and breads and all the normal food....the staff were helpful..we didnt have time to use the amenities and we were there in March so the pool was closed.. the shuttle to the airport was good..but very busy with traffic so give yourself a little extra time.

The property is pretty clean and environmentally friendly. It looks pretty modern and their room has technology to enable the lighting in the room while the room key is inside the slot holder. There is a shuttle service two and from airport which we used. The only issue I had was the room was really warm and we could not control the the thermostat will.

El staff fue muy atento para poder ayudarme, yo estaba cansada después de un vuelo muy largo y ellos hicieron que el check-in y estadía fueran sin complicaciones. En oportunidades, agregar una alfombra antideslizante para quienes sientan que lo necesiten en la regadera sería bueno, al menos en el tipo de habitación que me quede, esta fue mi segunda estadía en el hotel y en la primera estuve en otro tipo de habitación y allí no era necesario. En general yo los recomiendo en especial si necesitan estar muy cerca del aeropuerto.

I was breaking a 60 hour journey here but there was no hot water for the entirety of my stay. The staff said this was due to a broken pipe. The hotel gave a £35 discount but it was not enough to make up for not being able to shower.
