This is an excellent property at a beautiful location with great views. The breakfast I had here was one of the better ones I had in SL. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and spacious.
The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car. Once you get here, the view and the resort is worth it. Minimize the up and down trips to city of Kandy from here if you can and spend more time at resort.

The room was clean but the design is a little off in the second bedroom bathroom. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet, so when you shower you inevitably wet the toilet paper… The staff were very accommodating - we had an early pick up to go to Ella, so they told us to go to restaurant 15 mins before their normal service hour to have breakfast. And they made our breaky very quickly so that we could be on time for our trip.
One thing to note, the Google map way to get to the hotel is not right, as there is a road closure due to the cyclone in 2025. It is also a very narrow road up to this hotel which is on top of a hill. Our driver from Colombo struggled to find the way to get here and the direction the hotel gave may not mean much to drivers outside of Kandy. He had to ask local motorist to get us there.

Fresh fruit served for breakfast everyday. Lovely staff particularly the gentleman who managed the restaurant and the young lady that served our breakfast and dinner. I apologise, i forgot their names but they really looked after us. We wished we had an extra day to just enjoy the view and the pool.

The only thing I will mention is getting to this place is through a km of very narrow hilly road. Trust your driver and hopefully you do not have too big of a car. The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. The swimming pool is in a beautiful location.

Lovely hotel overlooking Kandy with breathtaking views. All of the staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything we asked. Khan, in the dining room was especially attentive to our needs and always tried to make us more comfortable. The pool area is lovely too so you can relax after a hot day. It’s a bit further away from Kandy centre but I would say worth it for the stunning views and you can get a cheap tuk tuk into the centre in around ten minutes so fine for us.

We had a short stopover at Blue Mountain. The view was fantastic! The hotel invested in good quality fixtures: the rooms are spacious, the pool and garden terrace very nice and the bathroom with a view worth it. It’s overall comfortable and clean. Food served was also good and staff was attentive to our needs. I would rank Blue Moutain higher than most accommodations in Sri Lanka, and it would need just a bit more efficiency and attention to details to qualify for high-end.

Very neat place to stay, up a cliff overlooking the river and large Buddha up in the hills. We had a family suite with two large bathrooms, two bedrooms, two balconies and incredible view. Infinity pool perched on the edge of the property, very cool! Incredible service and excellent food.
Up a very steep switchback road, not easy to get there and not easy to get back down from!

The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them.
