Grand Hotel is overall very good. Our room was a water facing suite, and it was super cold during our stay. (It’s a strange thing to comment on during summer but somehow we were super cold the whole time)

Allt var mycket bra som ett Grand Hotel skall leverera MEN vadför har inte fotöljerna bytts ut i rummet, rummen, totalt nedsuttna så vi kom knappt upp ?

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!

The Grand is prestigious. However, I feel that it is overrated and overpriced. I didn’t have breakfast included which was surprising as one would have expected that considering the cost of stay.
I did, however have a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast which was disappointing as the eggs were presented runny and cold. This joy was charged at SEK 350, which I thought was rather pricey.
The staff are super helpful and polite, rooms are spacious and comfortable with coffee machines are mini bar.
In all, a good experience but not unique by any means.

Second visit here and it is easily our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive and go above and beyond what is expected.
