Super view from the balcony of the room looking down the whole Luzern city and the lake and mountains around. Easy and convenient way to get to city center within 15 mins walking distance. It is very difficult to reach the hotel through public transportation and the staircase is horrible for visitor As the hotel is located on the mountain, there are so many insect in the room, which you cannot open the window for better ventilation as there is no air-condition in room When request hot drinking water or kettle, hotel is not support

It was beautiful hotel. It does not have AC so got really hot in room. They provided a fan. We tried the restaurant it was good. Service is not the best but views are amazing. I loved it, it’s away from the noise but area is not as nice on the other side of the hotel.
