Check in was welcoming and efficient. We even got a glass of prosecco. Had a great meal in the hotel bar. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Awesome view from our balcony. Staff was top notch.

Super view from the balcony of the room looking down the whole Luzern city and the lake and mountains around. Easy and convenient way to get to city center within 15 mins walking distance. Nice and quiet atmosphere away from the crowd. And you can have amazing sunrise view everyday during breakfast.Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is not convenient and the staff is not supportive and helpful. It is very difficult to reach the hotel through public transportation and the staircase is horrible for visitor
As the hotel is located on the mountain, there are so many insect in the room, which you cannot open the window for better ventilation as there is no air-condition in room
When request hot drinking water or kettle, hotel is not support

無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただき、かなり広いお部屋でした！一泊だったのがもったいなかったです。泊まった部屋には空調設備が無かったですが、暖かかったので問題なかったです。ミニバーは無料で、ビール2本、コーラ2本、チョコ二つついてました。どれも美味しかったです。シャワーの出も問題無く流れもよかったです。
