Nice service and nice people.

It was a dream to spend our night in Lucerne here. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom makes you feeling good with large room and great facilities. Would love to return next time.

環境很好不過地點於山上有D不方便但由於位置在山上風境一流這魚與熊掌兩者自己選擇吧 員工一般都可以只足見到客人拎很大行理不會主動幫手

城堡酒店位置优越，可乘坐酒店升降梯到景点，步行街很近。很有历史气息的古老酒店，装修有点旧。

前台说迷你吧是免费，最后还是统一收了20瑞士法郎。有点郁闷其他都不错。

酒店的位置很棒，还有个轨道小车很好玩，山上的风景很美，就是酒店房间小了点，暖气很足，够热！

No air conditioner,

Super view from the balcony of the room looking down the whole Luzern city and the lake and mountains around. Easy and convenient way to get to city center within 15 mins walking distance. Nice and quiet atmosphere away from the crowd. And you can have amazing sunrise view everyday during breakfast.Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is not convenient and the staff is not supportive and helpful. It is very difficult to reach the hotel through public transportation and the staircase is horrible for visitor As the hotel is located on the mountain, there are so many insect in the room, which you cannot open the window for better ventilation as there is no air-condition in room When request hot drinking water or kettle, hotel is not support

Good experience to stay a night at a castle like hotel with pretty good view up on the hill

Check in was welcoming and efficient. We even got a glass of prosecco. Had a great meal in the hotel bar. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Awesome view from our balcony. Staff was top notch.

無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただき、かなり広いお部屋でした！一泊だったのがもったいなかったです。泊まった部屋には空調設備が無かったですが、暖かかったので問題なかったです。ミニバーは無料で、ビール2本、コーラ2本、チョコ二つついてました。どれも美味しかったです。シャワーの出も問題無く流れもよかったです。
