Enjoyed my stay here, staffs were very helpful, especially Enora, room is spacious and clean, good location near Jet d’eau and gare Cornavin. Would be definitely staying here again in the future.

helpful reciption, nice room (my room is big,and they offer an extra bed for my 4 years old kid for free), good location (around 15 minutes by walking from train station),simple breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was great, and shower pressure was strong. Only downside is the coffee for the provided coffee machine are not refilled daily. Was a little out of the way so I’ve you not up for walking 12-15 mins to the old town but it is a very nice walk alongside the lakeside and stop for a coffee at a local stop. Number 15 tram drop off one street away from the hotel.

This was our second stay at Drake Longchamp. We love the location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room spotless and lovely water pressure for bathing. Very quiet, can’t hear any noise from corridors of neighbouring rooms.
It’s great having the kitchenette as we don’t have to spend money dining out. It would be even better if we were given some tea and coffee for the room.

Exterior of the hotel was being refurbished, therefore, the windows were obscured by the scaffolding. I expected better value for the price.
However, it is conveniently located near the central train station and the metro. Also, many restaurant options within five minute walk.
The room was quite small compared to all of the hotels we stayed at during our month long European vacation.
