I had made my first booking at Hotel Churchill and when we got there we found out that our room was water damaged and uninhabitable. Claudio who welcomed us had then booked a new room for us at another hotel, a really nice room. He had taken care of all the costs and handled this in an exemplary manner. So we are very happy with how Hotel Churchill handled this and will of course book there again on our next visit to Geneva. All credit to Claudio.

We liked that it was located near high-end stores as well as other stores and souvenir shops. The food was delicious at the restaurants we ate at. We also liked being able to walk to grocery stores, breakfast places and the Jet d'eau. The travel card that they gave us helped us maneuver the bus, and water taxi schedules. We took the bus to the train station and spent a day in Gruyere. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also called a taxi for us at 4:15 a.m. the morning that we had to head to the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Quarto limpo e confortável. AC sempre funcionou bem. Internet gratuita e funciona bastante bem. Pequeno-almoço bom para 3*. Staff simpático e atencioso. O elevador avariou na noite da passagem de ano e nessa mesma noite foi reparado! Muito profissionais! Recomendo!

Enjoyable stay, wasn’t expecting too much, but was way better than I was expecting. Was expecting it to be a run down place. Staff were excellent, cosy large enough bedroom for our short stay. Large bath towels, soft and whiter than white. Didn’t use the mini bar as was locked. But did put items between window and shutter to keep cold, worked a treat. Shower holder was a little low, but plenty of hot water. Would recommend staying here if on a budget. Would hate liked a light above the mirror in the bedroom. Plenty of sockets and warm room.
