Room as always, was spotless. Staff are very helpful and greet you warmly at all times. Location near the train station is amazingly convenient, all for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend it.

Chambres propres et confortables, et la localisation était parfaite la gare Cornavin est seulement 2 minutes à pied, proche des commerces et des cafés, restaurants. Personnels sont sympathiques et accueillants. Les seuls points négatifs, la connexion internet était très lente et les chambres sont froides, par contre la réceptionniste nous a donné un plaid et un radiateur électrique, et on lui remercie pour son aide.

No air conditioning!!! It is very hot in June and there is no air conditioning! It is a nightmare! The staff are unfriendly, all are unfriendly! My mum was greatly affected by this experience! It is not worth to be a 4-star but a 1-star hotel!!! I frimly not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel when travelling in Geneva! It is very poor!!!

I had a short stay, but it was a great experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out was the lobby staff especially marco and feven— everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made check-in smooth and set a great tone for the stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
