货不对办，订三人有起居屋223平方尺，入住是不能加床的双人房在路边加一張极细的床，双人床没路行去厕所，只剩房咭宽度的路，要挎過单人床，夜晚起身去厕所极不安全，没逃生路，非常危险。投诉没門，只能交消委會。

This property is situated across from a popular restaurant that has outdoor seating until midnight. If you’re looking for a good night's sleep, this place may not be ideal for you. Additionally, the photos on Expedia are likely outdated, and the decor is not as modern or fresh as it appears in the pictures.

No AC was a big concern

The hotel’s location is close to the Metro station. There are restaurants around, some are pricy and some are alright. The hotel does not have an AC, which is common in a few parts of Switzerland. I can barely sleep at night since people from the streets and around the area are shouting, laughing boisterously in the wee hours of the night, that is every single night I was there. Among the staffs, I commend the Asian student who works there from 4pm-9pm. Very friendly, helpful and always smile. No, I do not recommend this place.

Renovations were cool and roof top terrace had a wonderful view. Very nice and helpful staff working there. But, parking was not onsite as stated and with construction in the area it was very confusing on where to go. With no a/c we had to keep the windows open which would have been fine except that it was extremely loud until 3am due to the location. If you go in the summer bring earplugs!

Amazing location. Rooms are small but clean a comfortable. Let me do the check in early because the room was ready. Friendly staff.

This hotel is across the street from a pub that played extremely loud music and it was like a rave until 3:15 Am. There is also no air conditioning and so the windows had to stay open. We did not sleep at all it was so loud. Also our room looked nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia and there was a bald light bulb in our room and a hole in the wall

Hôtel beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il propose. Il devrait être entièrement rénové. Chambre sinistre, micro- salle de bains des années cinquante, décor pop démodé.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town, but in the summer you need to think twice before staying there. We were on the third floor which is essentially the fourth floor and it was possibly hot at night. There is no air conditioning and there was no good way to get Crossbreeze in the room.

Een gedateerd hotel, in het centrum gelegen. Ontbijt is simpel maar okay, personeel is behulpzaam en attent.

Very Centrale placed- good, clean accommodation with stunning roof top views. Some decor a little tired and right within busy area so expect some noise from bars located nearby in the evening. Recommend staying for comfortable short term stay. You also get a free public transport pass for the duration of your stay which was invaluable. Thank you.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien même si l'insonorisation (interieure et extérieur) est insuffisante. Les chambres du 1er étage manque un peu de luminosité.
