Our small family of three stayed here for one night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and let my husband and son hang out after check out while I searched for cough medicine. Location is terrific if you like cities! We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby Eritrean restaurant and walked to L’Hermitage museum the next day. It’s not a luxurious space but that’s not the charm. We loved it and would stay there again.

The hotel’s location is close to the Metro station. There are restaurants around, some are pricy and some are alright. The hotel does not have an AC, which is common in a few parts of Switzerland. I can barely sleep at night since people from the streets and around the area are shouting, laughing boisterously in the wee hours of the night, that is every single night I was there. Among the staffs, I commend the Asian student who works there from 4pm-9pm. Very friendly, helpful and always smile. No, I do not recommend this place.

Renovations were cool and roof top terrace had a wonderful view. Very nice and helpful staff working there. But, parking was not onsite as stated and with construction in the area it was very confusing on where to go. With no a/c we had to keep the windows open which would have been fine except that it was extremely loud until 3am due to the location. If you go in the summer bring earplugs!

This hotel is across the street from a pub that played extremely loud music and it was like a rave until 3:15 Am. There is also no air conditioning and so the windows had to stay open. We did not sleep at all it was so loud. Also our room looked nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia and there was a bald light bulb in our room and a hole in the wall

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town, but in the summer you need to think twice before staying there. We were on the third floor which is essentially the fourth floor and it was possibly hot at night. There is no air conditioning and there was no good way to get Crossbreeze in the room.

Very Centrale placed- good, clean accommodation with stunning roof top views. Some decor a little tired and right within busy area so expect some noise from bars located nearby in the evening. Recommend staying for comfortable short term stay. You also get a free public transport pass for the duration of your stay which was invaluable. Thank you.

Very, very small room and bathroom with outdated style bed. No airconditoner. When you open the window for some air during summer, you hear loud people down below singing and talking until 3 am from a Cafe/ restaurant across. Then by 9 am was the loud ringing of the church bell every 15 minutes for few hours. Parking is about 3-4 blocks away if you have a car. Hotel lobby is very tiny. Location is just few steps from McDonald’s.
