酒店位置距離Zermatt 車站只是數分鐘步程。一踏進酒店，已得到前台職員親切友善的招待。所入住的房間很大，前後均有露台，且裝修很美，床鋪整潔舒適。住宿期間已包早餐， 美中不足的是，房間內沒有提供電熱水煲和雪櫃等設施，似乎都沒有空調（因沒有看到任何出風口），要打開窗門才可。但綜合各方面後，也給予很高評價！

Room Newly furnished. Clean and tidy. USB at bedside. Bathroom and shower bath excellent. However the mattress and pillow are rather flaccid. As the hotel is located at the Main Street, Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy. You must closed the doors of the balcony at night to keep away the noise. Train stations to Tasch and Gornergrat are within few minutes walking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

酒店距離火車站步行3－5分鐘，地理位置很方便，房間應該剛剛裝修完，有很大陣木香味，但房間完全沒有冷氣，3日兩2夜住宿都要全程開窗，洗手間沖涼花洒水流極之慢，沖洗不夠2分鐘完全沒有水流出，第二天早上通知酒店職員下午待我和家人行完山到房維修，當我們回到酒店實在太熱，所以立即沖洗，之後通知酒店職員今天不用維修，因為明天會離開，但維修員仍然上門硬要處理，理由是明天有其它工作要做，真讓人费解。

Bedbugs everywhere. And the hotel refused to refund and compensate our lost. the manager is the rudest person I ever met during the vacation.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Walkable from train station.

The breakfast was limited compared to the offering of other hotels in the area and the yoghurts were warm. The dinner meal at the restaurant was average, especially for the cost. The room was clean and tidy and perfectly sufficient but our bathroom had a frosted glass door and there was a pulsing light on the heated towel rack that glowed through the glass door and drove me crazy most of the night. In the end I had to pile towels up against it to try to block it out and sleep. I would stay here again if I could stop the pulsing light in the bathroom as the room was fine and proximity to the train station was great too, but would not eat there again.

Front desk help was exceptional

The hotel staff Ms Kristina was extremely helpful to the extent of providing us the driving road trip direction to our next destination. Overall, the hotel is clean and the location is perfect.

We chose the Hotel Derby because it had received good reviews and it was in close proximity to the Zermatt railway station. As it turned out it was very cosy in a cabin style. We liked it a lot. Super hot bath. We ate there in the evening and received a 15% discount as a resident. We only had time for a quick breakfast in the morning but it was fine. My only criticism was with the pillow which I found to be too soft, but that is just a matter of preference.

Very courteous staff. Only problem was it got too hot in the room.

Beautiful hotel with n the heart of Zermatt. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and train.
