The hotel was a good location... only 5 minutes walk from the main spot in town. The main reason for 5 stars is the staff though - we stay in lots of hotels but the staff here are really the best. So helpful.

Friendly team, great breakfast and clean modern room. Convenient location an easy walk from the railway station, restaurants, shops and the river.
I didn’t get to try it but my friends tell me the associated resturant is very special and the bar across the road if cool. I’ll be back.

房間不大但還算乾淨，住宿期間只有一個晚上開了短暫的冷氣，沒有開冷氣時蚊子很多，早上約5-6點就被垃圾車吵醒，搭乘公車到火車站約3站，附近商店很多還算方便。

We enjoyed our stay in Luzern and the Three Kings hotel. The room was good standard, but would have benefitted from Tea and Coffee facilities. Staff were helpfull and the breakfast plentiful.
