酒店內的職員態度極有問題，硬收費。就是打個卡，沒需要住那麼多天

中东街区，前面一个小广场一天到晚坐着无所事事的人，感觉很差，像进了贫民窟。千万不要订，应该多加点钱去住四星酒店了

The location is ok. Walk about 8-10 mins from Geneva train station. Staff is friendly. The room is large and clean.

Adorable hotel within walking distance to lake Geneva and main areas of attraction.

Room 524 with noise in pipeline all day night, couldn’t sleep

Para passar 2 dias em Genebra foi um Ótimo custo benefício com equipe do hotel bem receptiva. Tem uma parada de ônibus à frente que facilita a locomoção e bons restaurantes na proximidade.

Excellent service, great place to stay

The room was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly/helpful and the location ideal for the station and Christmas market.

When there is blood at your brand new bed and don’t tell you how to make elevator work a little free breakfast won’t help :(

Hotel Edelweiss was a wonderful stay for us. It has a nice Swiss ambience and despite being exceptionally busy for the holiday season, the staff was always courteous and hospitable. Big kudos to the hotel restaurant cooking crew and service staff - - who made each morning’s breakfast a culinary delight with a nice variety, and little inventive surprises each morning. We highly recommend a stay here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and appreciated the inclusion of the Geneva Transport Card for immediate upon arrival use from the airport to the hotel.

Breakfast at restaurant was very good and free for children.

Hotel reception was not very friendly funny smell throughout the hotel just all very average had cold water for a shower that evening spoke to reception said they could not do anything about it until the morning by then we were checking out and they didn’t seem too bothered about it. Room was cold waited for them to come and was told the system was the opposite way for temperature would be good if they would of said upon checking in would not stay here again hotel felt quite basic

We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.
