Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. Thank you ;) I enjoyed the ambiance, heated towel racks and warm bathroom floor. It was short stay but good place to stay. I would visit again and recommend to others.

坂はありますが駅から近く、大きいキャリーケースを持っても歩いてホテルまで行けました。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました。
お部屋は広く、2人で大きいキャリーケースを広げても窮屈さはありませんでした。
お部屋からはツェルマットの街並みと山々が同時に見られて、夜は一階のバーから聴こえてくる音楽もとっても素敵で、どこかから焚き火のような匂いもして五感で楽しめるホテルでした。。
次にツェルマットに行く時はぜひ一階のお店も利用したいと思いました。
9月でしたがクリスマスを彷彿とさせる街は本当に素敵で、最高の思い出になりました。

We stayed at a room with a balcony facing mt Matterhorn. Train station is in walking distance and the streets are luggage friendly. The hotel is close to the river and you will have lots of dining options. With the forever changing mountain climate, clouds flying in and out, a nice Mountain View helped in deciding when to head to the top viewing platform.

Fantastic room. Great balcony to view and enjoy The Matterhorn. Bed and bathroom wonderful. The bar staff was not really good at mixing a good drink. The breakfast was quite nice and good
