It's really terrible experience ever, the receptionist is rude(male), the bed have food here, the pillow dirty and have hair, I can see they definitely didn't clean up the bed. It's really disgusting and totally not worth 4 stars.

The view from the lake-facing room was amazing! Our room was comfortable and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections.
The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited.
Overall a great place to stay, with easy connections/drive to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and Geneva.

Chambre basique et propre, environnement calme.
Le lit était cependant assez bruyant à cause des ressorts. Les serviettes étaient très fines et de petite taille.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 9 h, beaucoup de choses étaient déjà vides et peu réapprovisionnées. Le choix était assez limité et peu varié.
