Staff are nice and pleasant. It has a good restaurant and you can enjoy good dinner with good sinerary

酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。

便利，潔淨，但服務人員太為忙祿

訂房時註明蜜月旅行，結果房間布置得超浪漫，竟然還送了一瓶香檳，擺在灑了花瓣的盤子上，服務一級棒!旅館位置離車站近，只是要爬一小段坡。房間可看到對面山壁上的小瀑布、火車鐵道，風景不錯!沒有電梯，但服務員會幫女生提行李。

阳台风景一流，可以看见瀑布。洗手间设施一般，不够舒适。没有电梯，搬运行李较困难。

Good location, Comfortable, Good services

It has nice location and breakfast is satisfied. The room is a little bit small same as bathroom . It doesnt provide boiler. Reception is very nice. They dont have elevator only stairs. It has nice view about mountain. I will say a little expensive for the price. Good to stay here for 2 nights but not more than 4 . It is clean and feel ok about the hotel. If u dont know where to go than this wont let u down.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It was nice to come back to our room from a long day hiking and sightseeing and only had a short walk from the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Our room was spacious and clean. We would come back again.

We loved the location and our balcony overlooking it. Such a nice hotel, would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice. The view though was amazing. Couldn’t take enough photos and to just sit in the balcony and watch the falls with coffee it was amazing

la habitación nº21 poco adecuado pequeñísimo ,sin nevera, ruido del piso superior que crujía la madera a las pisadas que hacían,, cortinas que no cubre bien por los costados y deja pasar la luz , detrás del respaldo de la cama esta el cristal del baño, en la recepción me entregan una tarjeta no me indicaron que tenia una pase de visitante para el bus gratis en la zona y estuve pagando el bus en mi estadía, en el desayuno me pareció de mal gusto estar desayunando y te retiren las cosas a la mínima , lo correcto seria que una vez terminado de desayunar podrían recoger, no se podía desayunar en condiciones tranquilamente están mirando para recoger rápido, es un poco molesto,, ojala lo que escribo sirva para mejorar, porque el precio lo amerita no es nada económico la estancia para la habitación que pensé tendría mejores condiciones. lo único a favor esta a dos minutos del tren. no lo recomiendo. es mi experiencia .

What a beautiful experience/location. Our only regret… not staying for our entire trip! We travel a lot for both work and leisure and usually don’t go back to same place. Hotel Silberhorn and Lauterbrunnen is a MUST return spot! Already planning our trip back!

Loved the views and the bed was so comfortable. Wonderful breakfast and great location!

Very clean. New furniture. Friendly staff. Rooms are well designed and provided plenty of room. Restaurant was very nice and meals were good.

Although the property is older the owners have kept the property in great condition and updated as necessary.

Loved the proximity to the train; Great food and wonderful staff!
