Staff are nice and pleasant. It has a good restaurant and you can enjoy good dinner with good sinerary

酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。

便利，潔淨，但服務人員太為忙祿

訂房時註明蜜月旅行，結果房間布置得超浪漫，竟然還送了一瓶香檳，擺在灑了花瓣的盤子上，服務一級棒!旅館位置離車站近，只是要爬一小段坡。房間可看到對面山壁上的小瀑布、火車鐵道，風景不錯!沒有電梯，但服務員會幫女生提行李。

Good location, Comfortable, Good services

It has nice location and breakfast is satisfied. The room is a little bit small same as bathroom . It doesnt provide boiler. Reception is very nice. They dont have elevator only stairs. It has nice view about mountain. I will say a little expensive for the price. Good to stay here for 2 nights but not more than 4 . It is clean and feel ok about the hotel. If u dont know where to go than this wont let u down.

Exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with views of the famous waterfall! The staff was incredible, hard working, kind, accommodating and I can just keep going on and on. Excellent breakfast! The hotel restaurant food was great. Great location close to the funicular and train station! We hope to stay here again!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time.
