The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

Zona strategica per un viaggio di lavoro. Stanza con bellissima vista sulla fortezza, silenziosa e pulita. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Tuttavia, la camera è "essenziale", così come la colazione; entrambe suscettibili di miglioramenti.

Man muss bei Hotels im Kanton Tessin bedenken, dass nicht alle per se Rauchfrei sind. Daher kann man gut ein Zimmer "erwischen" in dem vorher oder auch schon geraucht wurde. Das kann gerade für Allergiker problematisch sein. Daher immer unbedingt "Nichtraucher-Zimmer" betonen und einfordern.

Zimmer für vier Personen eher klein. Zusatzbetten sind für ausgewachsene Personen zu klein (Füsse schauten unten raus).

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal am Frontdesk äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fragten z.B. nach einer 2. Bettdecke für unser Queenbett und haben diese anstandslos bekommen. Auch sonstige Anfragen werden gerne und unverzüglich behandelt.
