minus one star for requiring to pay deposit for hairdryer

I stayed one night in Basel. It is around 10min walk from the central station. The room Is small but have everything you needed. I checked out early like 4.45am to get the 5am airport bus. It’s safe to walk to the central station.

價錢合理，但要有心理準備房間比較小。酒店位置於Basel SBB接近，可步行或搭輕軌都可。酒店提供交通卡可免費乘搭交通公具，方便遊覽。

地方清潔,員工很有禮，離車站很十分鐘左右，酒店有車卷給遊客搭車到附近景點，唯一缺點是找不到風筒吹頭髮

集團式酒店，房間清潔，獨立廁所。距離車立站步行10分鐘，帶著行李有點吃力，酒店附近沒有太多食肆，火車站或市中心才會多選擇。早餐尚算豐富，但每天款式都是一樣。

Shower gave only boiling or ice-cold water with the lowest pressure possible. A/C didn't work so room was very hot. Besides those, all was good, clean etc.

Otelin konumu çok güzel, tramvaya çok yakın. Odaları çok küçüktü, odada kıyafet dolabı yoktu. Genel olarak temizdi

Very basic & tiny the toilet door was so thin like cardboard

5* receptionist Karima on checking-in, friendly and clearly enjoyed her job. Hotel is very convenient, close to tram stop. Typical Ibis room/facilities, all you need.

Mir gefällt die Lage, die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, sieht gut aus, alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Hotel dispõe de bom custo-benefício. Pertencer a uma rede internacional nos faz saber o que esperar, essa é a vantagem. É simples mas honesto. Vedação do boxe poderia ser melhor e poderia ter ducha higiênica.

Room was a little dark as there wasn’t enough lights, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, staff were welcoming and helpful throughout check-in and check-out. We had an unpleasant incident at the end which definitely eroded the experience. On the day after we had checked-out, we returned to the hotel to retrieve our baggage before heading back to their airport for our flight. It was rather late (around midnight) and we intended to eat the food we had before leaving the hotel. As it was quite cold outside, we entered the lobby and approached one of the staff to ask if we could eat at the lobby, explaining our situation. The gentleman was very kind and accommodating. He fetched our baggage and left us alone as we began to eat our food. Suddenly, another staff, Paula, approached us and said to us rudely that we were not allowed to eat in the lobby. We calmly explained that we were guests that had checked-out earlier in the day and we just wanted to have a quick bite and will be leaving very soon. We also mentioned that we had asked for permission to eat in the lobby. Upon learning the situation, Paula lets us stay to eat but she wouldn’t stop harassing us every 5-10mins. At one point, while still stationed at her table across the lobby from us, Paula said loudly that it’s been 30 mins we should be done eating and told us we should leave. Her condescending tone and rude treatment really left a bad taste.

Clean room, quiet to sleep but the shower unit wasn’t fully waterproof as water leaked through the shower door.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Clean room, if a little small but it was expected for the price.

La chambre était impécablel, mais la prochaine foi je prendrai une chambre sans un troisième lit au dessus de ma tête!; j'ai tappé 3x avec ma tête contre le lit du haut ... Le personnel était SUPER SYMPHA .... je me réjouis de les revoir en février ..... MERCI: Agnès

Stanza non troppo grande, ma andava bene per dormire e lavarsi.
