It's not in the old city center Chur. But it can be reached by a direct bus going both way and will pass Chur Bahnhof. The room is quite compact. But they have this great hair dryer in the bathroom. Thumbs up! IBIS rooms are not spacious as always. The room without air-con is no problem for us because we stayed during July. The night wind cools down the room quickly.
The only down side I want to say is that they don't have a microwave for guest to use if they buy microwave dinner.
There is a pet shop at the back of Ibis. A SPAR mart next to it. But on Sundays, all shops are closed. I am not sure about the gas station mini store next to IBIS. I hope it will stay open 7/24.

It's not in the old city center Chur. But it can be reached by a direct bus going both way and will pass Chur Bahnhof. The room is quite compact. But they have this great hair dryer in the bathroom. The only down side I want to say is that they don't have a microwave for guest to use if they buy microwave dinner.

Far away from old town Chur. Or you need to pay extra CHF$2.8 for one way bus to Chur. Only McDonald nearby but it open after 10:00, so no breakfast provided.
Insufficient front desk service. I need to wait 10 minutes to wait for check in.

Pretty convenient. Just a few bus stops from the train station. The bus stop (the one if you head to the train station) is right in front of the hotel.
Staff:
Very nice and helpful.
Breakfast:
The breads and yoga are very delicious. There is also a big McDonald's right next to the lobby.
Lobby:
I think the photos on this web are not all up-to-date. At least the reception looked much nicer when I was there.

クールの駅からバスに乗ってすぐ、バス停からも近くアクセスはよく、ホテルの下にマクドナルド、隣にケンタッキーとスーパーがあるので食料品などの購入も便利です。
お部屋は綺麗でしたが、大きなスーツケース2個を広げるスペースがなく少し大変でした。

Versteckte Kosten. Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Chur. Gäste kommen mit eigenem Fahrzeug. Aussenparkplätze sind kaum vorhanden. Tiefgarage zusätzlich CHF 12.00, obwohl keine Wahl. Hund CHF 20.00 für welche Leistung? Kein Hundebett und auch kein Napf mit Futter. Kosten auf Homepage auch nicht aufgeführt.
Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. CHF 165.00+20.00 für 2 Pers. mit Hund und das ohne Frühstück.
