Location is good with few restaurants and a little mall around. Reception staff was friendly. Room was neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning was extremely good with temperature control. Overall for a 3Star budget hotel it was a great experience.

An okay hotel and standard is generally okay, but a budget option. Bed wasn't ideal and was a case of you pay what you get. The Chur tourist card (free public transport) was great (you collect when you check-in) and meant easy 5min access to the train station. Bus stop right outside the hotel, so super easy. Staff were nice and friendly.

Poor quality stay for the money. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and they had a smart tv which we could actually watch Netflix on (more hotels need to do this).
