床很硬而且發聲响，清潔度嚴重不足，除地點外無優勢。 員工服務差禮貌更加欠奉，這間只是一間3星旅館。

我们的房间就在海滩边，出门即可下海，很享受这几天的住宿。唯一可以再改进的是淋浴水不热，洗澡体验不太好。

酒店鄰近沙灘，游水及浮潛都可以！已且沿著沙灘行去步行街很近。酒店內設施也不錯，泳池又有pool bar。gym rooo 設備常算齊備⋯⋯

我们选择的是BF房型，一家三口出游，小朋友3岁；酒店位于芭提雅海滩，紧邻海关入境窗口，便于入境后办理入住；酒店门口随时可以召唤到岛上的出租；酒店环境优美，有一个泳池（含儿童泳池，无水滑梯），餐厅食物比较可口，泰餐纯正。服务水准较高，客房服务的反应时效是我遇到过最快的，从电话应答到酒店服务人员到门口，仅用时3分钟；若有机会再次前往丽贝岛，会再次选择该酒店！

飯店很新服務不錯，房間裡很大又舒適，離步行街稍遠，走路大約要10～15分鐘。

到达和离开都有酒店员工接送，并帮忙搬运行李。但是酒店的其他服务相当一般，第一天入住，大床房只配了一床被子，因为带了孩子，多次到前台找工作人员申请多加一床被子，都被告知稍后会送到房间，可是从白天要到晚上被子也没有送来！酒店早餐种类少，儿童早餐还要350B一份，超贵！

The best villa in Lipe, especially after we moved from ten moons . The contrast is obvious , really glad that I chose this hotel for my honey moon , the honey moon beach front villa is really amazing , great view ,great service . The only point needs to improve is breafast , not many choices

舒適方便，但房外沙灘太多垃圾，有點掃興！但酒店員工友善，整體滿意！

Room was beautiful and a short walk to the walking street and more beautiful beaches. Loved my stay here.

Personnel et service impeccable, l’hôtel donne sur une plage incroyable et excellent cocktail de bienvenue !

Foi tudo ótimo, café podia ter queijo :). Vista e linda, muito obrigada localização boa só vai precisar de alguns minutos na praia paea chegar a Walking Street. Eles tem um pier deles do lado do hotel se quiser chegar direto lá ou transfer carregador de malas do outro pier. Quarto era otimo

Müllhalde neben dem Zimmer, das Zimmer war schmutzig und alles klebte und so roch es auch. Überall im Bett und im Zimmer waren Mücken , Einfach nur ekelhaft, das WC war nicht sauber, nichts war sauber, wir sind nach 30 Minuten wieder gegangen! Wir haben noch nie so eine schmutziges, ekeliges Zimmer gesehen. Wir haben Gottseidank in der Nähe ein schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel gefunden 🙏. Wir vermieten selber Ferienwohnung in Deutschland und wenn diese so wie die Bundhaya aussehen würden, hätte die Gewerbeaufsicht diese längst geschlossen!

The staff are excellent. Always pleasant, and very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts were wonderful with lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful location - especially given how developed KoLipe has become (at times overwhelming). The only critique is that with the limit on lounging beds around the pool something must be done to give more fair and equal/equitable access. It is NOT acceptable that people could come out early, park their towels on the beds and aften would never appear til late in the day - if at all and/or stay for a short time but not remove towels to indicate availability for use by others There are a few small signs on a couple side tables but these are simply ignored. There needs to be more explicit signage ex. That beds left empty for more than an hour or 2 will be cleared by the staff to make way for others use - and adhere to this rule. This is a lovely high end resort that was a costly stay and it felt unfair that for the entire week-plus here were only a couple days that we could secure a space to lounge for a couple of hours.
