Très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage, le personnel est vraiment très gentil. J’´étais au 3eme étage et il y a quand même des escaliers raides à monter. Ma chambre était très convenable pour le prix et la situation idéale de l’hôtel. Il y a une tv connectée, c’est cool. Les 2 seuls petits problèmes que j’ai pu avoir sont le faible débit de la douche et la Wifi qui n’est pas très puissante. Mais bon, j’y suis resté seulement 4 nuits, alors c’était très bien. Pour un plus long séjour, il faudrait peut-être être au 1er étage pour avoir moins de marches à monter et peut-être plus de débit pour la douche. Sinon parfait et merci pour l’accueil. Petit détail pour les fumeurs, ma chambre n’avait pas de balcon mais seulement une fenêtre avec un mur en face que je pouvais toucher avec ma main, donc aucune vue et pas trop de luminosité.

Awesome location! On beach street right next to Patong Beach sign and Bangla street. 5 mins walking to Jungceylon. Associates are nice and warm. They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jättegullig ung man som var vid receptionen. Dom va inne och städade och bäddade men med samma sängkläder.. HÅRD säng och extremt lyhört. Också högt upp 3e våningen så inte så smidigt.

The stay was totally a really bad experience! Nothing worked, the boiler was not making hot water and was not working with the right water flow pressure. Air condition was also not working properly, or was too hot or extremely cold! I reported but nothing was done, they keep said the owner was in Italy. I also got sick for the above reasons, I had to go to the hospital and take various medications. I want the full refund for the horrible experienced I had in the Freedom.

Although the location of this hotel was great, I found the rooms need some work. There was no light or light switch next to the bed. You had to walk through the room in the dark if you wanted to turn the light on. Also, there is no batteries in the safe so you had to lock it with the key and take the key with you. My safe got jammed up and they had to bring in a technician to get it open. With such an awesome location, I don’t understand why they don’t do some upgrades on the room. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends.
