i Residence Hotel Silom

First of all, the cleaning is a huge problem. I understand the hotel is old but the repaint dripped on shower rack and bath tub which makes it look quite disgustig. Shower head is very dirty, also not that functional. The day after they cleaned, I found they only made the bed, empty the trash and replace towel (one was ripped). I can still see the stains on floor and my hair on bathroom sink. Fortunately, the shower curtain is not mouldy. Second, the staff is very impolite. My local friend came for meals and drinks. The front desk yelled and asked for ID if we are going to room. We tried to explain that we are going out but she looked very suspected and continued the attitude. We understand it's hotel policy but yell is really unnecessary. Third, breakfast depends on personal preferences, not good as well. Forth, It's quite noisy outside, the AC in room as well, I need to turn off while sleeping, lower the fan speed helped a little. Finally, when I checked out to get my deposit back, the lady (I suppose she's manager?) threw the money without saying anything. I need to ask if it's done, then she turned away and nooded, we barely had eye contact, basically she was talking on walkie talkie the whole procedure and looked very annoyed, maybe she is too shy or tired, I dont' know. After all the complaints, maybe to consider again to choose this hotel, the location is great but for me, it will never be an option.

職員崇洋，隔音差嘈成2個鐘瞓唔到，房間太舊，執房求其，未check out 房卡已不能使用做gym,游水不能出入，浴室花灑頭不能調節，太高。不會再選擇。不會推介給中國及香港人。

隔音設備非常差，住9樓都聽到整晚汽車駛過聲音

弟弟位置非常好，早餐也很好吃服務人員也非常親切！

每次來都是住這裡，方便、乾淨，服務人員態度好，早餐也不錯。

Really friendly staff! The location is excellent. However the facilities can be improved: AC is noisy, Water temperature for shower is not stable.

the room is cozy but remember to prepare your daily-need things just a friendly reminder. Btw the wall is too thin..you’ll see

※义电插头三个中两个坏，浴室太细，没牙膏牙刷，冲凉不够热水，隔音设备差，半夜常被隔邻开关门吵醒，床板老化及转身时发出声响。

僅提供低樓層房間，裡面wifi收訊極差，只有地點方便而已，以後不會再訂了

I have been living there for many times and I like it as it is located right in front of the BTS station. However, the hotel need major renoavtion as it is really falling apart with very bad odor all over the place. It it really does plan to do so, I might consider to come back again.

Very nice location and it’s just next to the BTS station , very nice swimming pool and the breakfast is worth to pay for it ! Surprise that I can see the people living in the next room after lift up the window blind ^0^

Since I was arranged to live in a new branch of this group near ChonNosi, I can only evaluate the branch in Sathorn. The branch is newly renovated, the equipment is clean and the room is clean, the staff are very friendly, the distance from the BTS will be little far, walking about 15-25 minutes, the shuttle bus is only limited, nearby shopping and dinning is a bit lacking. I have to say again the room clean and facility is much awesome than other branch of I-residence. Thank you.

I choose this place for its location. One minute away from the metro and in the centre of bangkok, really no complaint about it. But the infrastructure is so poor, I stay in the same floor of the restaurant which smells like terrible curry house and the door feels like made out of very cheap thin wood panel and feela not safe at all. I wonder if this hotel will consider to do a thorough renovation.

一張大張其實是兩張單人床合併，很容易分開位移。

架空鐵路站旁，交通方便！房間空間頗大，雙人King size床! 頂層有露天游泳池開早7晩10！早餐一般算不錯！整體覺得Okay.
