Idyllic Samui Villa and Resort

Vi havde booket beachfront villa til 10 personer med pool. Vi fik lov til at checke 2 timer tidligere ind, det var dejligt. Villaen består af 3 enheder der tydeligvis har nogle år på bagen. Vi blev mødt med synet af en Pool der var helt grøn og med algebelægninger på fliserne. Personalet sagde intet til det, da vi spurgte til den, sagde de at den var klar i morgen. Næste dag spurgte vi igen og fik igen at vide at den var klar dagen efter. Efter 2 dage spurgte vi så igen og de sagde at vi bare kunne bade i den. Men det føles ikke særlig lækkert i en algegrøn pool så den blev kun brugt få gange, meget ærgerligt når man booker en villa med pool og man så ikke kan bruge den, (børnene havde glædet sig til egen pool.) Jeg kan virkelig ikke forstå at man ikke sørget for at gøre den er klar inden vi kom? Beliggenheden er til gengæld perfekt med en smuk strand lige foran den flotte have. ting jeg havde forventet var bedre på et sted til den pris: Havebordet var engang et glasbord men glasset er væk så nu er det et fletbord der synker sammen når man sætter service på det. Gaskomfuret virkede ikke, så måtte hurtigt ud og købe takeaway. Dagen efter blev det fixet men det var kun 2 ud af de 4 blus der virkede. Vandhane på badeværelset sad løst og endte med at falde helt af. Vi spurgte om en ekstra dyne, da vi kun havde 2 stk. til 3 senge i den ene enhed, den kom aldrig. Morgenmad ikke noget særligt. Der findes bedre steder for pengene på samui. Vi kommer ikke igen.

We had a great time. My family stayed in the Beach Rose Villa that was ocean front. This part of our Thailand trip was for rest and relaxation.

Friend holiday and birthday celebration

Great place to be with family and kids. Far from Samui noise, with private clean not crowded beach. On the other hand takes only 15 minutes to get to all central popular places. Villa is real value for money. Huge private pool. Big rooms. Stuff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war toll gelegen und die Villa sehr schön und sauber. Wir konnten mit all unseren Anliegen zu Volker und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Ferien und hoffentlich bis bald. Jessica mit den Jungs

This place was the private Villa and quiet beach that we needed. If you want the hustle and busy bustle Koh Samui has to offer, this isn’t it. Great included breakfast each morning and the staff was very accommodating for anything we, our child, and my parents needed, including transportation.

Too remote, must rent a car, no restaurant inside the villa. The private beach is the selling point.

È una bella struttura con piccole ville con piscina, completamente autonome, e appartamenti confortevoli....il personale sempre sorridente

Es war wirklich etwas besonderes,dort Urlaub zu machen. Schon zu Beginn wurde mir kostenlos ein Upgrade angeboten. Hatte nur die einfache Variante gebucht, die auch schön wirkte, aber die Villa mit eigenem Pool war dann doch besonders. Man ist dort, wenn man mag , ganz für sich.Das Personal ist super freundlich. Ich konnte mehrmals mit in die Stadt fahren, habe, wenn ich dort war, Obstteller vorbeigebracht bekommen, konnte ein Kajak ausleihen und bekam sogar Besuch von einer Freundin, was auch kein Problem war. *

4일동안 편안하고 즐겁게 보냈어요. 오토바이 빌려서 choengmon beach and fisher’s man 도 갔어요. 주변에 편의시설이 없으니 오토바이 또는 차가 있어야해요. 직원들은 다 친절하고 웃으면서 반겨줘서 행복했어요. 그대들에게 언제나 행운이 있길~

Staff was very helpful. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. There was lots of space in the unit and the kitchen was well equipped.

Place is very near a nice beach. For the money ($180/night), it left a lot to be desired. Although it was nice having a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen; the beds were not comfortable. Lots of ants in kitchen. When we did not get breakfast the first morning I complained. Manager said she would give us a bigger breakfast second morning. That logic was interesting. What bothered us the most was the lack of customer attention. For instance, we heard very loud angry screaming. We came down to see what was going on. The manager was nearly coming to blows with a non-guest. Guests should never be exposed to this on their holiday. Since we didn’t get breakfast one day, I’d have thought they wouldn’t have charged us the 400 baht to the ferry pier. I guess I shouldn’t think. One really big dreawback was that there is no food anywhere near the hotel. We had food delivered and it remains the most expensive meal we’ve yet had in Thailand. This place can do much bettering be much more customer friendly.

Out stay here was amazing a little bit of paradise.the staff are willing to do anything to make your stay perfect

We received a great welcome from Hans and the team the moment we arrived at Idyllic. We had a fantastic villa and the beach was a 2 minute walk down a private road. We shared the beach with 2 hotels but there were so few people using it you thought it was your own private beach. Nothing was too much trouble, all of the staff were great. Choeng Mon was a 5 minute taxi ride away, Chaweng and Fisherman's Village about 15 minutes. I would recommend Idyllic to anyone.

היתי בוילה "אלוייה וררה" עם בריכה וג'קוזי פרטיים. הוילה היתה במרחק של 2 דקות מהחוף. החוף מדהים וכל הזמן היה ריק. המים והחוף היו מאוד נקיים. גם בוילה היה צוות ניקיון שכל יום דאג לנקות את כל האזור וגם את הוילה. המקום נותן אפשרות לקחת נהג שלוקח לכל מקום בעלות של 10 ₪. לחוף שקרוב לווילות הנהג לוקח ומחזיר חנים. היחס בוילות מדהים ואני ממליצה להגיע לשם. החיסרון היחיד שאין מסעדות ומקומות בילוי במרחק הליכה מהמקום.

The staff were very accomodating and wonderfully helpful . Any questions were immediatley addressed in a very personable was well as professional manner while at the same time avoiding the stuffy formalities of many resort accomodation you find.

I stayed at the Idyllic Samui Oceanfront Resort and Villas for 3 nights earlier this month. The resort was amazing and the rooms are superb. I was in a villa facing out the front of the resort and was able to watch the sunset over the bay from my balcony every night. Although, I think what really made my stay special was the staff from the ladies who made up my room everyday and where always smiling to the staff in the reception office who where always there to help. *Special mention to Boomie from reception who came to pick me up from the "The Big Bhudda" when I got lost finding the resort, and throughout my stay was exceptionally professional and helpful with all my requests.
