Great location, room serviced every day, staff polite and friendly, everything I required for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Good location, the hotel is showing its age, our room smelled like cat pee, the pools & grounds are great but most pool chairs & umbrellas need to be replaced with new. Food was okay from the restaurant.

Staff great, location to bars restaurants. Mid way on beach can walk both directions. 2 pools small in front if kids there playing can’t enjoy but bigger pool in back. Chairs on beach not great could use update add umbrellas and space further apart would be better. Front corner on left has a leak so if you get those chairs you end up in swamp water, this needs to be addressed. Restaurant good.

Chambre propre, personnel sympathique et piscine très agréable

L endroit est top à Lamai tout à pied et surtout hotel donne sur la plage avec deux belles piscines et au calme . Les points forts grande chambre propre nous étions au deuxieme etages dans les feuilles de palmiers et dernier etage avec balcon on ne voit pas les voisins en face. Tres grand lit 5 nuits hyper confort. Salle de douche peu surprendre mais finalement sympa .wc dans salle d eau et douche coule par terre mais sympa facile .decoration de type marbre assez foncé mais propre. Les deux piscines super Pleins de restau boutique autour Les points faibles La partie transat et parasol autour des deux piscines manque d entretien fait vieillot et le sol pas terrible.coté mer . L hotel propose petit dej mais l endroit n est vraiment pas top et le personnel arrive à 8h . Petit dej sumere si besoin mais ça le fait . Nous avons pris nos petits dej autour de l hotel il y en a plein. Les plus l accueil possible de louer voiture scooter sans soucis . Belle experience à LAMAI pas trop cher . Le parking voiture est petit mais a l accueil il organise tout cela .top

Hotel tres bien placé. 2 piscines agreables et acces à la plage directement. Et acces aussi directement en sortant de l hotel dans une grande rue ou il y a tout (restaurants, boutiques, night maket, massages ...) tout peut se faire à pieds sans problème. Hotel un peu viellissant mais ne gene en rien pour passer un tres bon sejour.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit old and hard but other then that, I would recommend this little gem The pools are really nice and it's right on a beautiful beach!

Great location, nice beach, quite old, very poor shower pressure

Very good location, right in front is the beach, and shops on the other side. Though the rooms are very outdated. It needs renovation. Just a reminder, there is no elevator, so we had to take our luggage self at the second floor. The shower is very poor, nearly no water coming out of it. Free wifi but not so good but it works early in the morning or late at night.

The room was very spacious with good storage, good sized bathroom with temperature controlled electric power shower, massive bed very firm to lie on but you get used to it. Bedside lamp and tables dressing table and mirrors. Balcony with table and chairs plus beach towel rack. The rooms are spotless cleaned every day towels changed daily plus beach towels. Bedding changed regularly. The grounds are lovely with a tropical walk through to main pool then onto free form pools baby pool and bar cafe area, which leads directly onto the beach. Good clean toilet facilities by cafe. The cafe bar serves lovely Thai dishes well priced along with soft drinks and beer. They even have soft boiled eggs with soldiers. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. There is a slight problem with the storage of hotel equipment, several areas around reception and access to buildings are cluttered with junk and gardening supplies. Not nice to see! Many pool/beach sun loungers need a clean or replaced too. The beach is nice, access to sea can be a bit difficult if your unstable on your feet you sink into loose sharp sand and slight drop where waves have dug up surface, harder to get out than in, the seas not often calm. The hotel is central on Lamias beach road with plenty of bars and restaurants on hand.

Bel hôtel, au calme tout en étant proche de tout sois pas mon truc

Zimmer war nicht so toll. Duschwasser lief nur sehr sehr, sehr schlecht ab. Am einen Bett war kein Nachtkasten. Der eine Stuhl war gebrochen. Der Wäscheständer auch gebrochen, konnte nicht woanders hingestellt werden. Gut und einfach zu bedienen war der Safe. Die Matratze war sehr hart. Man bekam davon Rückenschmerzen.

Nice hotel we booked an extra 2 nights at £112, we got a ground floor flat, 2 swimming pools led to the beach where the cafe was, plenty of sunbeds but they were a little worn, i think rooms were attended almost every day during our 5 night stay, near to all the bars and restaurants in lamai and a 7/11 2 minutes away, Wi-Fi and aircon and the safe were spot on as was the water pressure i recommend this hotel for an easy stay
