Love this hotel much… whatever Service and the room cleaning, also the breakfast are quite good compared with other hotels…. That is why I choose to stay and introduce this hotel to my relatives highly recommends.

It is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Dining options are fine. Overall, an excellent choice.
Room for improvements: the gym equipment can be updated.
Food option: use to have very good cheese and wine bar quite a number of years ago. I missed that.

Not bad location, 5 -10 mins to BTS station. The room is a bit old, it may be due to maintenance, there are staffs walking outside the balcony, feeling lack of privacy!

不錯的飯店，床很好睡，早餐也很豐富，旁邊有免稅店可抵飯店餐飲及相關活動消費，這間酒店陸客佔大宗。
Nice hotel, good bed, perfect breakfast. There are a tax free shop near by. The main customers here are China.

相隔兩年再次入住，滿心期望最出名的早餐，但現實強差人意，大部份食才量係好多，但全部都係凍的，果汁由鮮榨變了是開水沖的，唯一可取是碗熱湯粉。
員工依然非常有禮貌，酒店外表比兩年前裝修了更加靚，但出入唯一的行人路有function變了不方便，出入只可以搭Shuttle Bus比較不方便，但最出名及吸引我的早餐居然係最失敗，下次可能要再諗諗先再入住。

入住多次了，泳池依然是大賣點，但以前住咢房間每天會送不同的小甜點和生果的，現在都沒送了，部分員工不太禮貌，大多很友善，比以往體驗是差了，但依然是間好酒店。週邊多食肆也很近bts
