員工服務態度很好，地點方便，早餐不錯。 設施略為殘舊。如能翻新一下會更滿意。 整潔度一般，每天有整理房間，但沒有更換毛巾床單。

We booked four rooms and paid for them several months in advance. And on the night we arrived, told us they only had two rooms available. We requested to cancel two of the four rooms we booked, but they refused. Then they drove half of our group to another hotel which is not even close. The other hotel was so noisy and the guests barely slept. We booked for a beach front hotel and they forced us to stay at a factory-like place. This is one of the worst hotel stays I can remember.

(1)位置好，園林式的環境亦不錯。 (2)海灘雖小但靚，可看到非常美的sunset，沙幼细海水干淨。 (3)早餐ok，7.00-10.00am，但超過時間也冇問題，值讃！ (4)整體服務算好，但前臺其中—服務員態度欠佳。 Quite ok，4 if 5……

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Koh Samui. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool was clean and inviting, and we really appreciated the complimentary use of the kayak, which was a fun bonus. Housekeeping was very accommodating, and all the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a 7-Eleven and motorbike rental just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials or get around the island. That said, walking around the area was a bit challenging due to the lack of proper sidewalks, and dining options nearby were limited, with only a couple of nice restaurants within easy reach. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for those planning to explore Koh Samui by motorbike or relax by the pool with a view.

Stay here every time I’m on Koh Samui, it’s right on the beach, right in the centre of Bangrak beach, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars if you don’t ride, but set back on the beach side so peaceful and quiet. Reception staff are amazing, really friendly and welcoming, and house keeping and grounds staff are great and friendly. It’s perfect for me. Definitely recommend. Lovely pool and sun bathing area, and small gym for you cardio workout and exercise

What a lovely spot, we just booked this because of an early start for the airport...but so much nicer than we expected, lovely room and fantastic view and ten minutes from the airport. Great

Solo traveler wanting to escape the cold rain and grey skies of England in exchange for blue skies, sunshine and beaches of beautiful Koh Samui. This is my third time at this boutique resort and I love it. The staff are amazing, the villa is great, peace and quiet right on the beach, beautiful pool and gardens, lovely little restaurant serving breakfast and European cuisine, and right in the heart of Bangrak and walking distance from everything, with plenty of boat trips on your doorstep.

Leider nicht ganz das erwartete Erlebnis Wir haben für eine Nacht die Beachfront Villa gebucht und waren zunächst begeistert – das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, und die private Terrasse war liebevoll hergerichtet. Eine perfekte Umgebung, um zu entspannen. Leider gab es jedoch einige Probleme, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Die Outdoor-Badewanne funktionierte nicht richtig – der Wasserdruck war sehr schwach, das Wasser kam braun aus der Leitung, und die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regulieren. Sehr schade, da wir uns extra eine Flasche Champagner gekauft hatten, um den Abend dort zu genießen. Ein weiteres enttäuschendes Erlebnis war der Versuch, einen späteren Check-out zu arrangieren. Ich hatte um eine Verlängerung von nur zwei Stunden gebeten und war bereit, dafür zu zahlen. Dies wurde jedoch direkt abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass das Zimmer bereits für den nächsten Gast reserviert sei. Leider stellte ich später fest, dass dies nicht der Wahrheit entsprach, da das Zimmer online weiterhin als verfügbar angezeigt wurde. Das ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern auch wenig gästeorientiert. Insgesamt ein Hotel mit Potenzial, aber aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen können wir es leider nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Always love this hotel... Love the location and the staff are amazing. Nice views from some rooms too. Staff always make me feel special as I have stayed a number of times. Some small changes have let the place down a little. The bar and restaurant changes aren't the greatest but I believe the hotel are trying to rectify this. The addition of a macdonalds fast food joint adjoining the hotel is really awful.. But I believe they are trying to find ways of distancing themselves from this.... Early days. Overall a good stay.... Hope they can tweak the issues and I'll be back. Rooms to book is 601 and or 701 or 702.great value for money.

Great hotel! Very relaxing. The pool was never too crowded and the hotel has steps directly down to the beach (and a little shower for your feet!). Pool gets the sun for most of the day and the beach gets sun all day (including a decent sunset). There was a bit of boat traffic in the day as there is a pier either side of the hotel but this was not a problem. Lovely room and bathroom, very clean. The only issue we had (and the reason it’s 4 stars and not 5) is that the steps around the hotel are not clearly marked out and due to their stone coating they blend in to each other very easily which caused a fall. The area has a few of restaurants in walking distance but not a great selection of Thai food, mainly western. We did eat at Jai Jai Leng Saap twice during our stay and this was great food and very reasonable! Overall, great stay - thank you!

Mysigt ställe med pool vid havet. Dock var man tvungen att bada bland alla speedboats. Finns finare stränder men lugnt o skönt ställe.

We were blown away by this place! What started as a last-minute booking turned out to be an amazing surprise. The airport pickup was a luxurious touch, and the warm welcome when we arrived set the tone for a great stay. Even though we showed up early, the staff had our room ready in just 45 minutes. The room itself was fantastic, with a stunning view from the private terrace. It had everything we needed, and we couldn't help but imagine spending more than just one night there. The only downside was the construction noise from next door, which made it hard to fully relax. But once that's finished, we'd definitely come back.
