Very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bed quality does not match all the other things which are top notch, specially the service. ALL the staff members are lovely.

We’re coming at the right season with temperatures around 15~25C.

Nice rooms and excellent facilities including swimming pool and fitness center. Good European style restaurant with reasonable prices, however, it seems that the hotel customers don't use this possibility for tasty dining. Location is quite remote and needs own transportation but that was rather an asset than a problem. Hotel is located next to the very good golf course.

With so many great options available in Khao Yai/ Pam Chong this simply wasn’t worth the money spent. This resort caters to those who golf mainly. Otherwise it was a no frills type of accommodation compared to the many high end resorts along the road leading to Khao Yai National Park. Other than the bell hop who was pleasant upon check in I thought the rest of the staff was mediocre in terms of providing service. Breakfast was also limited and most dishes were cold.

พนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าดูแลดีมาก เราลืมของไว้ก็รีบเอามาให้ค่ะ
ภายในห้องพัก เราเลือกห้องพรีเมียร์ ได้ชั้น 1 ติดด้านที่ออกสนามกอล์ฟ โดยรวมโอเคดี แต่สวนตรงระเบียงนั่งเล่น อาจต้องตัดแต่งนิดนึงค่ะ บริเวณพื้นหินต้นหญ้าขึ้นยาวอยู่
